Just had an appointment with Dr. Fiore regarding some concerning moles. He expertly answered my questions, put my fears to rest, and made me feel confident in my health. The staff at the office was highly professional and efficient. I highly recommend this office for any dermatology issues anyone may have!

not a bad experience. The doc was very compassionate, methodical and funny. The PA was also very kind and answered any questions I had for her.

First time going here and loved it! Walked in was in right away! Doctor checked my moles and removed right away same day. Took 20 seconds a mole didn’t hurt at all! Was in and out!

I am very impressed by this place. I was given a referal by my GP and new nothing about this place to begin with. The customer service was excellent. They listened to me and all my concerns of my skin. the doctor actually had a long conversation with me and discussed all of my options and didn’t rush me and was not in and out of the room like most doctors now a days. He was very thorough. They cared about my time and my money and didn’t want me to waste either of it. My prescription was sent to my house the very next day. Fingers crossed this treatment plan works for my skin but the customer service and care they gave was 5/5 stars! I will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone with skin care needs.

Dr. Pyle is possibly the kindest, most thorough doctor I’ve ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but it’s her amazingly warm ‘bedside manner’ that I most appreciate.

I had heard great things about this place and their dermatologists but my experience dealing with my rare autoimmune skin disorder called pyoderma gangrenosum has been HORRIBLE. I am extremely disappointed My condition has gotten 10 times worse since December 2021. I been suffering ever since. I am just overwhelmed with pain, open wounds and dermatologists who cannot help me when they say they can. Guess I have to try to find someone else to help me. On my way to the Emergency room right now because I drove out to Palos Heights in pain on 4/8/2022 for an appointment where NOTHING happened and I have been in excruciating pain ever since. I just needed a dermatologist who can treat my condition but no worries I will not bother your office anymore because They call me every other day with MIXED MESSAGES. AND btw, her nurse told me that I needed to work on my mind and mental state. So Out of line & extremely unprofessional ‼️‼️ Especially since I cannot sit down, use the bathroom and/or treat my open wounds by myself. This all happened as a result of being given a pill called Dapsone that created these open wounds & even after I had an appointment where she took a Biopsy, that created another open wound and wanted to continue the Dapsone. Well. Thanks but no thanks. Now my skin is on FIRE!!! So to the Emergency room I go!

I did not have a good experience with Dermatology Associates. After my procedure I was not given any wound care instructions and had to have a second procedure because I was not properly advised by the doctor after the first procedure. I was also told by the doctor that my skin condition was most likely cancerous, which it was not, a fact which the doctor denied during the second visit.

Dr. Pyle was helpful and considerate. She answered all of my questions and worked diligently to get me in and out of the office. All staff were friendly and worked quickly as well. As of August 2020, covid protocols have you wait outside until an office opens up. I waited about 10 minutes before coming in. I will go back if I ever have any other need of a dermatologist.

So they expect you to cancel 24 hours a day ahead but yet they don’t answer the phone for you to cancel. And when a family emergency pops up like a death in the family they still want to charge you for missing the visit ….unbelievable

So I posted a review about this whole place a week ago that was well let’s just say harsh and probably unfair. For the well to do this place is cream of the crop. Sitting there in my work clothes looking like well yes working class and filling out paperwork 15 minutes prior to my appointment I watched 3 or 4 ladies and gentlemen come in 15, 30, 45 minutes after me get into doctor before me. I was impressed how they didn’t make the others wait. Making me wait close to an hour while others came in after me had actually left as well? It was very nice of them to care of others over me. And then when my appointment was done and I had moved on and looking forward to my next visit my insurance (higher deductible than I realized) did not pay for my visit… Do you know these people were so nice they decided why bother this guy with something so trivial… We’ll just take his money without telling him. I’m sure it was because they knew I have protection on my account and my banks notify me of any and all activity… Why bother calling someone 24 hours in advance. Surely he’s got the money and the bank will alert him…. See how thoughtful they are?? The only one in that office that was a nuisance was the doctor. She thought it was necessary to explain everything she was doing in detail. She didn’t realize that assuming is the way to go. Heck she was the only one who apologized for me waiting for the others to come and go?? Who does that?? Who has integrity anymore? How dare she??? Anyway I’m looking for a new dermatology office now and I will read all fine print and well I’ll see maybe I can even find one where compromise is not a dirty word.
