I live outside of the US, and I can’t call the US without expensive international calling fees. I had a spot on my face I wanted to get checked, so I wanted to see if I could set up an appointment online with them for when I returned home. I messaged them on Facebook. My message was marked as read and ignored. Waited a few days for an answer, then wrote them on Instagram. Marked as read and ignored again. Waited another few days for an answer, then made an appointment with another dermatologist. If it wasn’t possible to make an appointment online and/or they were fully booked at the moment, no problem, but it would’ve been nice to tell me. Very rude for a doctor’s office to just ignore people.

I am a long time patient of dermatology &surgery. I had a couple of places on my face that I wanted checked. I called on a Monday, the staff was able to get me an appointment for Tuesday. I was taken care of at the appointment by the Medical staff. I was pleased with the treatment and appreciate their caring and professional staff.

My visit overall was very positive. I like the wait-in-your-car policy. You receive a cell phone call when the doctor is ready to see you. I believe this proceedure should always be used, pandemic or not. My doctor, Brown, was excellent. She was very thorough in her examination, and has outstanding “people-skills”. My only complaint is that I was called to enter the office thirty-one minutes after my appointment time.

Very efficient. I waited in my car until my appointment time. They called me, I came in they put me in the waiting room after a couple minutes and the doctor entered a few minutes after that. Visit was short and to the point. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with everyone at the office. I called to make an appointment with what I thought would b a cancer diagnosis. They got me in the very next day when someone cancelled their appointment. To my relief, the spot I was worried about turned out to be nothing. Everyone was in a good mood and I was in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend their sevices!

Dr. Grevey and staff are fantastic. Sarah, Kim, everyone has made the experience of getting spots cut/frozen off a lot less painful than it might be. There have been times over the years I’ve sat in the waiting room too long, but this stuff is an art, not an assembly line. I figure someone ahead of me is getting great care—why should that be skipped for my benefit? I’m going to want it (and get it) when it’s my turn. Of all my doctors, they’re on time the most often. Great doctor, great staff.

Excellent first visit to the Fairfield office to have a few items checked. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I checked in, was taken back to the exam room within minutes, and Dr. Brown was in right away to see me. Everything was explained thoroughly. One item was painlessly taken care of on the spot and an appointment made for another.
