I love this place so much. I have been there twice now and experience consistent & timely service, easy reminders and convenient methods of confirmation. The girls are friendly, direct and professional and the ambiance is warm and up-lifting.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityOffice is so beautiful and everyone is so friendly! They made me feel at ease for my procedure. Alex is very professional and she made the whole experience so pleasant. Jessica from the front desk even held my hand because I was nervous for my lip procedure, which look AMAZING. 10/10 service, will definitely be back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI really wanted to like this place. First of all, the front desk girl was always so rude but I brushed it off and looked past it and continued to go. First, I had a terrible facial and didn’t do that again. It seemed like they threw the girl in there with no experience because their previous girl went elsewhere. I still gave them another chance and scheduled hair laser removal. I went for that and got burns all over the area. I STILL brushed it off and went back….because like I said, the location was convenient and I really was hoping to like it. At my next appointment I waited over 45 min to be seen, I finally got up and walked out. I finally had had enough of this place. I NEVER write bad reviews but this place just really messed up! Don’t waste your time and money. This place needs to step it up from the front desk to the back end.I really wanted to like this place. First, I had a terrible facial and didn’t do that again. It seemed like they threw the girl in there with no experience because their previous girl went elsewhere. The staff are welcoming but overall they take care of you while you are in full blown panic because it’s your first time getting fillers lol. My under eyes look so much better than before. I have no words to describe how incredible this place is. The staff are welcoming but overall they take care of you while you are in full blown panic because it’s your first time getting fillers lol. My under eyes look so much better than before. They only focused on what your concerns were vs trying to over sale or tell you that you need other procedures.

Today I just had more filler applied under my eyes. Fabulous results. Dr Lesniak definitely knows what she’s doing and there is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. Her communication is outstanding. Initially she will ask you for your main concerns. And then make suggestions based on your concerns and her observations. I was so relaxed on my first visit that I felt I could have gotten up and left without purchasing anything and that would have been okay. but I did end up with both Botox and fillers and the results are amazing. Definitely definitely give them five stars! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for these services. They also have an extensive line of skin care.I had my second visit today.
