Lizbet and mellissa are crooks!! Went to see lizbet for lip filler and she botched my lips . 2 huge indents and one snaggle front lip. Then i give her the chance to fix the mistakes and she gives me attitude and makes them worse. Botches my lips!! Over fills so i have 2 huge snaggles . My picture doesnt even show how bad it was. From the side view it looked like a parrot beak. Then i try to get a hold of them to fix it and for 1 week i cant get through on phone lines. I wait in the queue for an hour. so i have no choice but to go to another clinic to get it fixed. Have to pay more for that. Plus i wouldn’t trust lizbet to touch me again anyways. Finally after getting it fixed by another med spa. The manager Melissa calls me back now 2 weeks after having to get it fixed somewhere else. And proceeds to tell me she wont give me a refund and tries to blame me for their mistake. She tries to tell me its my fault because i didnt go back to them . No its your fault for having staff who cant do a simple lip filler tx. Its your fault for not answering my phone call in time forcing me to go somewhere else. Do not go! They will butcher you and make you look botched and they will refuse to make it right or they will keep treating you making it worse and worse!!! Go to esthetix md or W aesthetics for safe and beautiful results. Melissa and the team here at bend dermspa are crooks. Also they can get free samples to replace so they have no excuse not to refund.
