Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone just to avoid what’s happening to me. Was a patient for over a year, but the tech I was seeing was scheduling me too often so literally none of the treatments worked (nevermind the monthly membership fee, tips every visit, and gas spent to do the procedures). Not her nor a single person up front caught the problem for over a year. Once it was recognized because I brought up that I still had NO hair loss at all, they (eventually, after a RIDICULOUS process and being ignored by employees) promised me a refund for ~a couple~ of the visits. This is now 4 months and many phone calls/emails later, I’ve had to involve corporate who promised a now full refund, and I’m still getting the run around about getting my $375 refund. Just go somewhere else.

I’ve done Botox treatments here before but today I was scheduled for a laser hair removal consult. I arrived early and my esthetician, Jennie was able to take me back and get started. She was great! Answered all of my annoying questions and was even able to do my 1st round of treatment afterwards! It was so easy and painless, couldn’t have gone better. Brandon checked me out at the front desk and went above and beyond helping me with the membership process and more annoying questions, ha! Needless to say, I can’t wait for my next appt.
