Can not recommend this place enough, best MedSpa around! It was clean and professional. I go to Kaitlin and she is just a gem. She is so knowledgeable and comforting from start to finish. She really listened to what I was wanting out of the procedure and made sure I was happy with the results. I will not let anybody else come close to my face with a needle besides Kaitlin!

I finally found my place! I moved to NKY a little over a year ago and tried several medical spas in the greater Cincy area. It’s easy to find a place that offers all the latest and greatest treatments, but just because they offer it doesn’t mean they have the expertise. A lot of places will just ask you what you want and where, and ensuing results are pretty average. I never liked that approach because I am not the expert. At dermalounge, the consultations really mean something. They listen to what it is you want to address and discuss the best way to achieve your optimal result. I have had various treatments at this facility and each time I am happy and truly impressed with my results!

First of all, all the employees there are FREAKING AMAZING! I see amber for my Botox & lip filller! She always takes the time to listen to me and talk me through each step!
