Dermal Rejuvenation and Day Spa

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came here because I wanted to get some skincare work done following the ordeal I went through since 2020 started. I never really knew they existed but I thought I would give them a try and I can say I was pleasantly surprised with their service. I ended up getting a few packages as well as some skincare products they have on shelf such as their cleansers for skin and their herbal toners and a few other small items. I received an anti aging treatment, and for my daughter they did an oxygen therapy for her mild acne. I came here because I wanted to get some skincare work done following the ordeal I went through since 2020 started. I never really knew they existed but I thought I would give them a try and I can say I was pleasantly surprised with their service. I ended up getting a few packages as well as some skincare products they have on shelf such as their cleansers for skin and their herbal toners and a few other small items. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAfter interacting with Mr.Nader Harerchan couple of times, I have decided to not go ahead with my appointment with Dermal Rejuvenation. The owner Nader Harerchan is extremely rude and arrogant. He refused to give me the appointment when he realized that I had heard of them through Groupon. Also never specified the steps of the appointment in our first call. I was few mins late for the appointment, realized my mistake but he was very arrogant and loud the moment I entered. He rudely interrupted a conversation I was having with one of the staff about another day for the facial. Overall extremely poor quality place, highly unprofessional people and extremely painful experience!! After interacting with Mr.Nader Harerchan couple of times, I have decided to not go ahead with my appointment with Dermal Rejuvenation. The owner Nader Harerchan is extremely rude and arrogant. He refused to give me the appointment when he realized that I had heard of them through Groupon. Also never specified the steps of the appointment in our first call. Critical: Professionalism, QualityBought a three session dermaplaning special and it was very, very disappointing. First session, it was mediocre, owner talked a lot and it was opposite of relaxing. He put a mask on me then left the room for 15-20 mins, I thought he forgot about me. Second session, my face and neck had five razer cut marks, by the owner. He also razered some side hairs which took months and months to grow back. I was dreading the third session but it was already paid for so just wanted to get it done. Drove from Carlsbad for these appointments, 75-90 mins round trip. The third session ended 20 minutes short. During the session, trying to relax, the owner kept talking and the one time I did not respond, he said “I’ll respond for you… sure, sure.” Very unprofessional. Owner is always forgetting something and needing to leave the room, turning on and off the bright lights, causing my eyes to water. Bought a three session dermaplaning special and it was very, very disappointing. First session, it was mediocre, owner talked a lot and it was opposite of relaxing.
