I tried to make an appointment for a consultation whuch is free, but they still required a credit card. They said the credit card was in case I was a no show, they could charge it $100 for the free consultation. I’ll find somewhere else to take my business.

On my first visit, I spent over 2k on different types of fillers and Botox. My lower lip still has bums 2+ years. I decided to schedule an appt and consult with the doctor on my lower lip bumps and get more Botox/fillers elsewhere on my face. I unfortunately had to reschedule my appt because my child broke his arm. I was told there was a $50 cancellation fee less than 24 hrs prior, which I understand; however, knowing that I was going to spend a significant amount of money, I felt that this was unacceptable. I told the receptionist to charge my card for the cancellation fee and that I would take my business elsewhere. I thought someone would reach out to me and offer to reschedule and refund the cancellation fee if they really wanted to establish a relationship. No one did! Don’t go here! They are not customer service driven!

This man is one of the best doctors I have ever known and been to. I wouldn’t go to anyone else EVER. He is very kind, professional and does an amazing job everytime I go into the office for a procedure. His office staff are amazing as well. All the girls are sweethearts and make you feel welcomed and relaxed. I have had nothing but phenomenal service since day 1 and I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. This doctor goes above and beyond to make sure results are perfect and takes amazing care of his patients. 5 stars is not enough. I give Dr. Ingber and his office staff 10 outstanding stars.

I just had treatment done and what I liked was that Dr. did the treatment not an RN. I have nothing against RN’s it just made it more personable and showed me that he cared about his work enough to do himself. A plus in my book and I definitely will be a repeat client. Came in for a quick consultation today I have some minor hyper-pigmentation on my forehead I got help from one of the very nice workersas I told her I was getting married may 9th. I was prescribed some cream and retinol for my face I purchased it instantly and went along with my day.
