Dermaclinic has the worst customer service ever. They grow their business based on group.on offers to call clients into it and by scamming them. I bought some packages that I even decided to lose my sessions and my money to preserve my mental health. They do appointments and don’t follow, they are very rude as a team. If you want to grab one more problem in your life, just go to this place. Also, I just read one review saying exactly the same thing, I’ve waited almost 2 hours then when you complain to be waiting for so long they say they didn’t see you there. How is it possible ? They put you in the line like you just got there. After waiting for 2 hours ?

Total scam — An earlier reviewed mentioned that they saw results on the 1st session and then they clearly lowered the power of the machine in order to sell more packages – This exact same thing happened to me. In fact, my hair seemed to grow faster and more prickly after 6 sessions and did not improve even slightly between session 2-6. Frustrated with results, I was silly and purchased a 2nd package. Once I read more reviews, I requested a refund which I was told no problem just email an address – 3+ weeks and several emails and texts later, I am still waiting for a response.

SCAM!! Stay away from this clinic!False advertisement! Very unprofessional! I purchased 6 treatments of venus legacy- 15 minutes each. At time of treatment, only 5 minute treatments were performed. I have in writing from the sales persons that the treatments were supposed to be 15 minutes each. Once they took my money, nobody cared! I sent various emails and got no response.

I scheduled a virtual consult for chin lipo, and when it came time for my scheduled call, nobody reached out to me. I went back to the confirmation email, which did not mention who the meeting was with, and I called the number listed on the confirmation and the receptionist answered and I gave her my info. She said she would check to see who my consult was with and they would call me right back. Never heard back. I can see why all of the reviews are bad and say that they have no regard for your time.
