Do not go here if you need professional medical help with skin issues. I came in for a consultation for acne and acne scars and was told that the best treatment would be infini. It was a whopping $2k (on sale) but I was ready to pay the price to have clear skin. I bought 3 treatments of infini and was told to schedule them 1 month apart for best results. After my first treatment, I go to schedule and was told the earliest I could schedule would be two months from now. Why would they start a new patient if they aren’t able to schedule at appropriate times? I go in for my second treatment and am told by the person doing the treatment that my acne is getting worse, then and only then am I seen by a PA who prescribes anit inflammation pills and tretinoin (which ends up doing nothing) and by the third treatment, I have spent about $200 in creams and lotions for after care which I was not told about prior to the procedure (rejuvenating cream was $100 alone). I was never treated specifically for my acne which is what should have occurred first and then moved onto the scars. Instead they did scar treatment and reassured me that it would make my acne go away as well (and unfortunately I was desperate). I also did not get any aftercare advice. Was not told when I could workout, how long it would take to heal, how long I needed to apply the rejuvenating lotion on for, I was only told that I could wear sunscreen the next day. This place is simply milking you for money, won’t ever go here. (Also, the receptionist had to tell me how to use the tretinoin since the provider didn’t)

The service here is always amazing! I was given a new skincare routine using DermaCare products that have really helped to improve my skin’s texture and greatly reduced my breakouts. My skin looks so much healthier and I refuse to use anything else now. I have also received chemical peels, silk peels and hydra facials over the last few years that have always left my skin glowing and feeling refreshed.

I love this place! I’ve been frequenting DC for services over a decade now. I love the regular events and special offers. I’ve tried most services they offer, and the med spa grade products are amazing. For certain enhancements, I don’t trust going anywhere else. I’ve never had an issue with treatment. The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. My favorite maintenance treatment is the Genesis laser, amongst many other amazing options. My favorite product is the DC tinted face sunscreen and DC Vitamin C serum, but they also carry Babor, Neocutis, Latisse…

While the actual dermatologists are great, the service is abhorrent. I have called the office at least 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, on hold for most of my calls, trying to get my skin products sent to me, on top of forcing me to pay an extra $6.45 on express shipping. If you live anywhere outside of the Tri-Cities, best of luck with getting your order filled within a month because it’s probably not going get to you any earlier.
