I had my liposuction/mini tummy tuck consultation scheduled with Dr. El Attar about a month ago where he listened to my concerns and was very informative about the procedures. Being as though I’m from Philly, and have a 3yrs old toddler, Dr. El Attar and his staff worked around my schedule and were as accommodating as possible with my needs.

Dr. Attar has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced and that is saying a lot since I work in a hospital where people come from around the world for our first class care. His staff is compassionate and informative. I have already seen a dramatic difference in my stomach after just one month from my lipo procedure. I went from having My fat and extra skin hang down to my upper thighs to a minimal bump. I know it is going to get even better with more time. He also helped me to gain confidence when he got rid of my double chin. It looks so natural and no one at work can tell I’ve had work done. They just see that I look so much better. I cannot thank him and his whole team enough for everything they have done.

I normally never post negative comments. But I was never satisfied with the service I received. I had purchased a microdermabrasion and hydrating facial service. First of all, their service is something like cleaning your face at home, nothing special. they never touch blackheads and pores. just clean my face with cleanser then tonic and hot towel followed by vitamin c. you can do this at home. And also, I had a lot of trouble with appointments. They constantly canceled my appointment for various reasons and made appointments for future dates. I haven’t had the last two treatments. stay away from here. don’t waste your money.

Poor customer service. Had an appointment for a “consultation” which ONLY consisted of them pointing at a poster saying that laser hair removal will target the root. Then made an appointment and waited over 45 minutes. No one was at the front desk. The sign says “Treatment in progress. Please wait.” After 45 minutes, I called several times to confirm the appointment. Phone rang, no one answered. Yet the whole time I was there I could hear two ladies BSing in the back. Finally almost an hour later I started yelling back there for someone. A lady comes out, checks computer. Doesn’t know how to use it so she calls other office. Apparently whoever made my appointment scheduled it in wrong office despite me specifically stating the Hamilton office. Wish I didn’t buy the groupon bc now I am stuck returning.

I love this place. Great value for the price. I purchased the microdermabrasion and hydrating facial package. I already thought that the price was very reasonable and was pleasantly surprised to arrive and see that the package included a massage for my hands arms and shoulders, steam to open up my pores and a heated massage table. Mary was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back!
