I scheduled two separate chemical peel appointments (roughly $200) here and both were cancelled. The first time it was because the technician was moving to a different location. I rescheduled my appointment for a month later and then received a call on Friday afternoon that my Monday appointment needed to be rescheduled because the technician was at a conference and couldn’t change her flight, which is ridiculous because she should have checked her schedule before booking a flight or at least let me know more than 3 days in advance. I had already begun to prep my skin by not using certain products and moved my work schedule around. If this is any indication as to how they treat their customers in person I certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable letting them touch my skin. I called Belladerm med spa in Maple Grove and they set me up with an appointment for the same week. Go with them instead.
