Critical: ValueThe haircut that I received was good. I am writing this review because the lack of transparency before the service, and the rate charged for services rendered. I booked online within 24 hours and had to give my credit card in order to book (due to cancellation fee of 50% within certain timeframe)There were no rates listed on site, but I was expecting a range similar to haircuts in the area. Although I had received multiple texts and emails prior to the haircut there was no information given that would alert me to the 95$ rate for a 30 minute haircut without style included, and only cash tip policy. I was not wowed by anything I experienced or did not experience ( completed styling) but was good with that, until I received the bill. The bill was too high for the service provided and I did not appreciate the surprise and will not be returning. De Riah is such an elegant place to relax. Every time I go, I receive the best customer service experience from the moment I get there till the time I leave. Danielle does such an awesome job with my hair, she listens to the things I like and am looking for in my hair style. I would highly recommend this salon. They offer so many different services. The spray tan is also another favorite of mine! It won’t leave you looking orange or streaky. It goes on very natural and lasts about 2-3 weeks for me.

Rachel works magic on my crazy hair! I often get compliments on the color; the owner of the salon even commented on it once. Rachel is competent in her skills and takes the time to talk to me to understand what I’m looking for. She is not afraid to tell me when something will not work with my hair type as she understands I do not like to spend a lot of time styling my hair every day. She is truly skilled and I highly recommend her!
