Before the pandemic I got my nails done here a few times and I really liked it even though it’s NO where close to where I live, it’s a ONE HOUR drive just for me to get there and I have to pay TOLL!! I even sent a few friends there to support the sister because it’s a “Black Owned Business” and I love supporting my people! My nails badly needed to be done so I got an appointment for December 1st 2021 @5pm for pedi with Amazing Allana and 6pm for my nails with Anna, I know sometimes traffic can be crazy and I didn’t wanted to be stuck in traffic or anything so I was there by 3:30pm I was very early so I decided to park at the near by McDonald’s and wait until it was 4:50pm.. I got there and I got my pedi done.. I was the last customer in there, I got my nails done by Lucy and I really liked it, I tipped her $30 CASH and then I proceeded to the front to pay my bill $251.21 plus I tipped $30 CASH for my pedi as well The following day (Thursday) while on work my one nail fell off, I was told to come back and get it fixed.. thinking to myself that’s not a big deal.. I bought nail glue and glued it back, on Friday while washing dishes another nail came off, I wasn’t happy at all.. I was told come in and get it fixed but my schedule for work this month is really tough right now my shift is 9am-9pm monday -Sunday! Low and below while I’m transferring my patient to her wheelchair 2 nail fell I didn’t even realized until she asked “is that your nails on the floor “? How embarrassing! I felt like I was wearing walmart $8.99 press on nails!! I reached out to the owner CAROLYN and asked if I can get a refund because I can’t come in to get it fixed.. my work schedule is tight, it’s ONE HOUR to get there, ONE HOUR to get back! That’s it..NO more going back there for me.. the way you handled this issue was unbelievable your customer service SUCKSSSSSS! I was gonna book my facial appointment but NOPE forget it..Keep the $110 ma’am!

Critical: QualityI just came here in a pinch for a last minute fill in with gel. Apparently the girl that did my nails is new there. It’s very evident when you look at my nails. First of all it took 2 hours to do a basic fill in paint with one gel color. In addition to that, she over filed my nails, and the paint job is patchy, chunky, has air bubbles, & visible stray pieces of hair. Don’t come here, or if you do. Don’t let Tori do your nails. Let me just say , this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’ve passed this salon numerous times and I also wanted to support a black owned business, so I decided to book an appointment for a pedicure . I also invited my friend who booked a pedicure and gel manicure with them.

Welp this place will never see me again! I used to come here since the Grand Opening 4 years, they had the best Nail Techs, now…. Today that is no longer the case. This place has a HIGH turnover rate. I came to give it another shot and this tech who did my pedicure was horrible. Horrible service, really rough, cut my skin, I am over it. Im sitting in the chair now as I type this. That is how MAD I am. They will never see me again.

When I got there I was stuck outside for 5 minutes before someone let me in. Why is no one at the front desk? Once I got inside Leslie and Adanna were amazing. However when I got the bill I was charged for callous removal when I never requested this service, (an additional $12). For a gel manicure and regular pedicure these services will run you $100. By the time I tipped I spent well over $120. What if I want designs next time? Was it worth it? Don’t think so, but was happy to support a black business.

I really liked this spot. I felt I was in a very warm and friendly environment. It was super clean and chic. I also love the fact that they use less toxic nail products than all the other places. My pedicure came out perfect and didn’t mind the glass of wine. ☺️Will definitely be back again.

My first time and it was a nice experience. My technician Lez was gentle and professional. The establishment was clean, lively.. full of color! This place is proactive with this “COVID” period. I have to say I was surprised to see there were no screens in place, however they practice OSHA basic standards. It was lovely and I will return again

Just from one visit, and it was the last, I can see exactly what everyone is saying about this nail salon.They are OVERLY expensive for subpar services. Cheap Amazon drills and drill bits are used along with cheap acrylic powders, polish and dryers. It doesn’t appear as if many nail techs are licensed, hence all of the cheap amazon finds. Cleary they must be charging a lot to finance the tacky gaudy “décor” and wanna be “high profile” ambiance because the money is NOT going into the nail products as they falsely advertise.After complaining, I was patronized by the manager who claimed she didn’t know anything about nails as she is an esthetician only; yet 15 minutes later the same self proclaimed “esthetician” was doing a pedicure and an acrylic fill!It’s so sad to see a female black owned business SCAMMING people who are seeking quality services.I gave 1 star because you have to in order to write a review, however I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. When you pay the rates they charge- $100 and more- you expect to not only receive QUALITY services from experienced, trained, and licensed professionals but you also expect superb customer service and not to be lied to and told anything just to get a sale. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityVery nice and clean. Its pricey though. But its worth it. I went here on my birthday (Halloween) and Lucy was very nice to me and she took care of me. They all seem like they ACTUALLY care about their customers. That’s a good thing because most nail shops just care about money and they just “do their jobs”.
