You walk in and feel a sense of homey luxury. It is warm and friendly. Anna takes her time and is extremely thorough with your haircut! I just got done there and my hair is exactly the way I wanted it to be! Anna was extremely friendly. The other girls in there working were warm and friendly too. This place is extremely clean, socially distanced, masks on at all times, pandemic ready and safe. I found this place by accident and I am so glad I did! Owner Anna has taken care of my hair for a very long time, initially nursing it back to health from significant neglect. I have gotten compliments constantly throughout the years, wearing a variety of styles from long to short. The other stylists are friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional as well. I will never ever come here again. I came here a couple of times before and they did great with straightening and coloring my hair. I called before I came in and told them the length of my hair and what I wanted done, they said ok but also had sort of an attitude on the phone. I wasted a trip there and was turned around because I have “a lot of hair” and the lady said she did not do the color I was asking for and said she only does red. Then she said her son does what I was asking for but left and if she called him he had to come all the way from Joliet and that it “better be worth his while” which I found to be rude. I told her never mind and she told me to come the next day I told her I couldn’t because I needed the style done for the next day and that I would try to find another stylist. She replied “yeah you do that” Horrible customer service and attitude. I will never come back solely because of this. Her son, (Jason, I believe) does very nice work.. but because of the customer service I received, the atmosphere and attitude I will not be returning.

Critical: ValueThey gonna say here and tell me no I can’t get my hair done because they said they done for the day they wanna go home and it was 2 o’clock in the afternoon but they really close at between 7:00 PM which really do not make any sense at all I believe they were lazy and didn’t want to do their job they should have called it depression salon.
