I’ve been getting my legs waxed for over 2 years now so I know what my results should look like and how it usually goes. And I go about 2-3 months between waxes so my hairs are a perfect length to wax. Kristina waxed me and left my hairs all BROKEN. I have black dots all over my legs. I came in for a leg wax and I did not receive the service. A wax is supposed to pull the hairs from the root! Not break them! It would’ve looked better if I stayed home and SHAVED. I called and let them know as soon as I notice when I came home and they wanted me to come In for a touch up in 2 DAYS! How do you expect my hair to grow that fast for a touch up. My hairs do not grow that fast that is why I go 2-3 months! They would not offer a refund and only offered a discount for next visit. Why would I come back if you couldn’t even provide me the service I wanted in the first place! Nor offer me a refund. I do not recommend. You’re better off shaving at home or go to another wax center!

I was extremely pleased with Kristina my first wax. So happy that I signed up for a membership and also left 5 stars. She called out the day of my appointment and I was called to reschedule an hour before. Completely understandable because she has a little one! I had my wax with Abigail and it was EXTREMELY ROUGH. No pressure was applied between removals. Then I requested it and she did it one time. I had wax left in several spots that I got off myself. Then I went to check out and I was told I had to pay for my underarms. Which was suppose to be free because I signed up and followed a form of social media and showed the manager proof. After going back and fourth with the SA up front she was like there is no such promotion and it’s not included in my membership. She finally decided to honor if after she said that it made sense after explaining it to her for 10 minutes. I’m not too sure if I will be keeping my membership here much longer. Despite all the bad reviews I decided to give it a chance but now I’m started to see why some people are so unhappy.

A friend recommended the place to me because she said that the attention was super good. She told me that for me to get to know the place, the first visit to the place would be free, she literally told me that the first visit always gives you free admission as a gift. When we arrived and confirmed the appointment they asked me for my identification, at which point I showed them my passport because obviously I am a foreigner. He told me that I needed to see an identification where the address of residence was reflected and I told him that I only had my passport, that is my document with which I entered the country and the only one I have, I told him that if he wanted I could give him my residence address and still said it was not enough. In the end I paid the 60 dollars plus a 10 tip because I was already in that place. But I was quite confused as to why they did not receive my passport as identification for a “waxing”. I have never had problems showing my identification because obviously that is my document being in this country as a foreigner. So I don’t understand why you didn’t receive it and if what you needed was a residence address, I don’t understand why either, why wasn’t it enough that I dictated it to you?

I just moved to Arlington so I had to find a new waxing place. In the process of looking around I filled out my info on their website. They called me about 2 days later asking if I wanted a free service for my first visit. I figured it was going to be some great work so they can gain a customer. I scheduled an appointment for the next week, I was told they only have a 4 min grace period if you’re late. Reason being “we have back to back appointments”. I showed up on time. I went to the back and stated I was there for a Brazilian. The waxer, I forgot her name, said okay. I was in at 11:25 and literally walked out at 11:40. Prior to going to this appointment I last waxed in early June…it is now late August. So y’all can imagine the growth. So how did she finish EVERYTHING in 15 minutes. She said she was done and walked out. There was pieces of wax EVERYWHERE! So when I walked out I was in pain. When I got home I took a mirror down there to look and there was still hair everywhere. I don’t know if the service was bad because they have “back to back appointments” but never again!

This is my least favorite waxing experience. They left so much hair behind it was actually insane. I’ve gotten sugar waxed before with private estheticians and they remove every hair, so it was to my surprise when I came home and actually saw how much hair was left behind. The girl that did my wax was kind and easy to talk to and that’s why I left a $10 tip and gave a 2 star review. The customer service is also great but the work is horrible. I’m so glad that my service was free.

I’m all about the quickness! Before today I was a BWV (Brazilian wax virgin) The fear I possessed prior to my appointment almost made me call to reschedule. But then I prayed and walked inside of the clean and friendly establishment. I requested Kristina and I’m now thanking the V Gods from up above..well not sure where they reside but Kristina just knows what she’s doing and she’s going to make sure you know exactly what’s going on every step of the way. Her personality was phenomenal. I wouldn’t change anything other than my own fear. I made a future appointment. I already love the results. This was such a great first time experience.
