First time getting waxed right here and I had Crystal and she was aaaammmmaaaazzzzzzing ! She was super informative and quick and really sweet, too ! She made me feel super comfortable also . Only bad thing I will say is when I came inside for my apppintment while already uneasy since it’s my first time getting waxed . Rosa and some other lady at the front desk ( I didn’t catch the other lady’s name ) were sorta rude and completely ignored me when I walked in and for a few minutes after I walked in and had their own conversation meanwhile I was standing there waiting and lost wondering who I should talk to since they were busy having a conversation .
