I have been a client for over 3 years and happy with my tech however, ownership needs to really rethink their cancellation policy. Totally understandable that cancelling is a loss for the tech. However, asking for a doctor note (otherwise a fee of $25 cancellation fee is due) when you cancel due to unexpected sickness is absolutely ridiculous. The flu is going around and at times you can’t help but to cancel apt, and being penalized is just not good business for those loyal clients to your business. I need to begin to charge the salon a fee when you call me unexpectedly to ask for a reschedule then. Yes, I’ve done that for you a few times without any sort of fee.

Please beware! I went to get my lashes done here and ended up getting chemical conjunctivitis from the glue and almost half of my lashes fell out by the second day. There’s a recent post where someone else had a similar experience and I ignored it because of all the good reviews. They told me I would have to come in to fix it however I told them I am currently overseas (which is why I got the lashes). They were not at all helpful in finding me a solution. Now here I am looking for lash techs in another country trying to get the lashes off and maybe possibly redone. My birthday is in a few days and it feels ruined. I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had. I don’t know how they are still in business.

When I first went to Dep lashes in Frisco I was pleasantly surprised with how relaxing the salon is. Their staff was also very friendly and informative. The girl CoCo that runs the front desk is rude. She Scheduled my last appointment 3 month out instead of 3 weeks and told me that I don’t have an appointment for today and that I couldn’t just show up. I told her you Scheduled my appointment before I left last time 3 weeks ago today. She said no your appointment is July. I explained why would I make it 3 months out. It was supposed to be 3 weeks. She made the appointment while I was standing in front of her on my last appointment. She has a horrible attitude. I have used dep lash for at least a year now. I canceled 2 appointments back during covid and provided medical documents explaing that I was quarantined. I had a medical emergency both times I provided medical documentation showing the facts. After that every time I try to schedule an appointment I go through this. It’s not worth it.
