Wasted my time. I booked an appointment a week or more ahead of time. A few days before it was confirmed. I showed up 5-minutes early and Joel Adrian informed me he was still with his previous client and would be with me soon. I waited for 40-minutes before asking how much longer it might be, to which he replied “20 or so more”.

So rude! I called to ask about a curly hair cut and mind you I don’t straighten my hair and while discussing their process I told them I didn’t want to straighten my hair to have it cut because that makes no sense for curly hair and he hung up on me. I’m not sure of their other services but if you have curly hair I wouldn’t trust it.
