I would love to give it no stars , I called to ask a few questions before making appointment and she hung up on me because she ddint know the answer to my question regarding dye, so I called back and asked to speak to someone else she said no and hung up on me again , horrible customer service , I was being very polite and I was disrespected 2 times for no reason at all.. very disappointed
