Had an appointment and (we don’t have a car) called 30 minutes in advance to let them know we’d be 10 minutes late due to uber shortages in Omaha. When we got there, we found out, Ricky, who our appointment was with, had left already left, leaving us paying for the Uber Both ways without a hair appointment. Haven’t experienced their services yet but needless to say this is VERY unimpressive. A waste of 40$ for no haircut on this Saturday morning. Sad.

I just went to Dennison Dahlman for the very first time. One thing that I’ve learned after having the same person cut my hair for 5+ years is that having a barber that does a great job and is easy to talk to is extremely important.
