HORRIBLE.! JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE… I will give it a negative star if I could. The old woman working there cut my son with the clippers on the side of his neck. I unfortunately didn’t see it until I got home. As soon as I got home I noticed that, I immediately called the the salon and spoke with the lady to tell her what she had done. She told me that it was my son’s fault because he moved his head which is a complete lie because I was watching him the whole time. She was holding his head with such a tight grasp during part of the haircut that he couldn’t have moved his head even if he had wanted to. And when I asked her if she sterilized her instruments properly, she just stood quiet for like 5 seconds and proceeded to tell me yes and also, not to worry because according to her “the hair clippers stay hot due to the electricity.” ENOUGH SAID! This place is ridiculous! IM NEVER GOING BACK!!!! If I had one thing to say to her, it would be learn professionalism and learn how to cut hair the proper and professional way. Now I know why you’re salon is always empty.

Because she said it wouldn’t look right. But really it was so she doesn’t take more time. Secondly, she might also have very old product. She This lady did a horrible job. When I got home and told her she blamed us for it coming off and said we washed it and brushed it. I’ve gotten my hair permed before and never had a problem. She is really rude and all she wants is customers and her money. She has her husband cutting hair without knowing and then she tells the customer she’ll fix it if it comes out messed up. I would give this place a zero if I could. The lady who cut my son’s hair cut him NOT once but friggin TWICE and he wasn’t even moving. The way she was grabbing his head to move it from side to side IS not how you grab a six year old’s head. You need to teach your employees how to handle kids when cutting their hair. Im definitely not going back.
