Just a PSA. Avoid burleson massage! I went there after purchasing a groupon today. After waiting 25 min past my appointment time the lady came out. I let her know that I was upset b/c I was now going to be late to pick up my son. She asked if I wanted to reschedule which I told her no because I didn’t want to waste more time. She then refused to give me my massage and said I needed to contact Groupon for my money back. I had to call her back up to the front since my Groupon had already been marked as redeemed and it couldn’t be refunded. She then started comparing her office to a doctors office and how things run behind. I told her that I understood that but it would have been nice to get a call to know they were running that far behind. At that time Groupon called me back so I let her know I would share my experience with other busy mommas so they don’t waste their time. She started getting loud and followed me outside. I have to admit that I did flip her off once I was outside (not my best moment but I was not happy). She yelled the whole time I was walking to my car.
