I have been here multiple times but today is the final straw, I would like to say however the ladies that work here are fantastic and I haven’t had any issues with them. The guy that works there on the other hand has messed my hair up multiple times. The service today was awful, I had simply asked the guy to do a fade and texturize the top of my hair. The fade itself was fine but when he texturized my hair he did a terrible job. He asked me before I actually got the haircut if I had wanted anything taken of the top and I had hold him no, I told him that I just needed my hair to be texturized, he said ok. When it got to texturizing my hair he had cut off about 3 inches of my hair. After the hair cut was done he asked me if it was good and I told it was alright, he then asked if my hair was too long, I told him that it was too short and he just gave me a blank stare. When I got home my mom was also upset with the haircut and gave them a call. She then was getting yelled at over the phone by another guy, he also told her that the guy that cut my hair said that I was fine with the length of my hair. I get that they wanted to go home but it is ridiculous that this is how they treat their customers, if you wanna get home sooner you could always close sooner.

The haircut that she received was 4 inches shorter than what was in the photograph and with absolutely no technique used it was more like a hack job. My daughter went here with a photograph of a previous haircut that she had received from another establishment. The haircut that she received was 4 inches shorter than what was in the photograph and with absolutely no technique used it was more like a hack job. I would not recommend this to anyone; in fact you would have better luck at the dog groomer next-door rather than this place.

I went here a few times before Covid when it was $5, and was pretty thoroughly satisfied with the jobs I got done. I went again for the first time since Covid this weekend (up to $8 now; still very inexpensive though), and got a simple buzz cut – in and out in 5 minutes. When I got home, I checked in the mirror, and my left sideburn was crooked and a full 1/2 inch shorter than the right, and the hair on the back of my head was also very crooked and uneven – took half an hour for me to fix it on my own. I’m willing to try again (hopefully I get a better stylist), but definitely would not recommend trusting them if you need a good-looking cut.

Clean and fast. The person who cut my hair (sorry did not get her name) did just what I wanted and needed. I have limitations and explained them to her and she cut my hair to make it easier for me to keep clean. Will definitely be back when my hair grows out!!
