This salon has superb customer service and a pleasant, friendly environment. Lana is cheerful and welcoming – assuring all customers are happy with the services that they receive- this is never a problem. Lana will make sure you don’t exit the salon until you are completely satisfied. I found this salon only 2 days before my daughter’s wedding in Texas this past October- my hair color and style was drab and boring- most unbecoming for wedding photos. Lana redid my hair with incredible highlights and a great cut. I am happy to say- in the wedding photos- I was so pleased with the way my hair looked.

Recently here from Boston, I was so scared going to someone new. I’ve had the owner of Zona, Andrew, doing my hair for a decade. Especially with shorter hair, I’ve decided it takes someone with a good deal of talent to get it right, and it’s way too easy to come out looking awful. The good news … I adore Lana ! She’s kind and personable and a brilliant creative hairstylist. She makes sure her customers leave happy. What’s better than that ? Oh unexpected bonus :prices amazingly reasonable.

I’ve had long hair for years-I felt so comfortable with Lana that I told her to go ahead and cut it short-she suggested some highlights-I agreed…best decision-I couldn’t walk anywhere at work without someone stopping me to say how great my hair looked! Someone even told me I looked younger ( something we all want to hear!). She also cut and styled my two small girls hair-they LOVED her!!! They were treated like little ladies and had the best experience-they can’t wait to go back! The price is very reasonable and for the attention she provides its worth every penny and then some.
