I made an appointment for knotless braids to the middle of my back. I confirmed before she even started braiding my hair that it was going to be KNOTLESS AND TO THE MIDDLE OF MY BACK AND SHE SAID YES. However when she was done with my hair they WEREN’T KNOTLESS…the work was good but again I didn’t get what I paid for. I won’t be returning. I don’t recommend.

Poor service. I went at 9am when they opened to get my hair done. The lady ask if I had an appointment. I told her no. I asked for Cathy. She pointed her out and said you can come back at 2:00. I said ok. I went back at 1:45 and Cathy was doing someone else hair. I was told to have a seat. Another young lady walked in and said she had a 2:00 appointment too and they told her to take a seat. I asked to go to the rest room around 2:20 and she still wasn’t done. The owner came over around 2:40 and said she sorry they couldn’t do my hair today. She said the other lady had same appointment and I walked in this morning. I told her but you told me to come back.

Inconsistent!!! I’ve been here a few times. Over the last few years the service has been bad. I’ve given them my last business as of today. The ladies need to be updated on the latest styles and techniques. I spent 230 dollars and 4 of my braids are extremely shorter than the rest. I didn’t notice until I got home because it’s so many of them. I will never give them my business again!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!

To have a last minute appointment the timing of their service was on time …….the braids were okay for my 12 yr old Bday girl! I didn’t like the parts. It was no sequence in the parting of the braid pattern which made her head look really big. The braid pattern itself was fine. As well as the amount of time it to finish which was about 5 hrs . Which you can tell from the size and the parting. Next time I’ll be more pacific and explain in details how I want the braid and the size to match the parting sequence.

The Braids was very neat. But they’re definitely not into hair health especially not natural hair health. My style came out really neat it was a braided style. But I noticed that they pulled on my edges and that they used a rat tail comb to comb out my natural hair. Everyone knows you cannot use that type of Comb on natural hair. I would not go back

Third time coming here for knotless braids. The first time Katie did great and I was out in less than 4 hours. Second time I requested Katie but she was braiding someone else so I went to a different lady. This time was the last time. I requested Katie and did not get her again smh. My braider kept stopping and I was there from 9-3. She kept yanking my head, my parts are sloppy, and the ends look old. I also hate how they use a lighter on your hair.

I pulled up to their shop right before I decided to go home and they invited me right on in, Malan Marina started to repair my locs right on the spot. When she was done I asked her how much but she wouldn’t charge me. She had done an awesome job, she was very kind and I was grateful so I paid her anyway. Ms. Malan you made my entire year. I was literally walking around with my locs in my hand crying until she stepped in. I pulled up to their shop right before I decided to go home and they invited me right on in, Malan Marina started to repair my locs right on the spot.
