Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came for a nail removal and the lady starts trying to peel of my nails, I told her to stop that cant we soak them off so we don’t damage my real nails. She insisted on trying her way first because soaking ”takes a really long time” and ended up cracking my real nail, mind you this was a Tuesday morning and I was the only person in the shop. She then proceeded to soaking the rest of my nails as I had initially requested and it took no more than 15 minutes. I ended up leaving with a crack in my pinky finger. Then this women had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to leave a $5 tip?????? I came for a nail removal and the lady starts trying to peel of my nails, I told her to stop that cant we soak them off so we don’t damage my real nails. She insisted on trying her way first because soaking ”takes a really long time” and ended up cracking my real nail, mind you this was a Tuesday morning and I was the only person in the shop.
