Okay my first experience was horrible. But when one of the techs reached out to me and wanted to redo what I had done. She was amazing. Mrs.Fay did redid my nails and I love them. She was very welcoming. And went out her way to give me what I wanted. Yes I will be going back but only to her. If you want them done here ask for her. She will not let you down

Kay was very thorough and took her time to make sure my nails look perfect for me. She communicated throughout the time I was there and asked me how I thought they looked. This seems inconsequential, but I rarely experience someone actually stopping to ask my opinion. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Kay was a breath of fresh air (through a mask, of course). I tried this nail salon yesterday and Kay was my service provider. I got SNS and my nails look great, couldn’t be happier! Kay was very thorough and took her time to make sure my nails look perfect for me. She communicated throughout the time I was there and asked me how I thought they looked. This seems inconsequential, but I rarely experience someone actually stopping to ask my opinion. So I went in there and showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted which is the picture posted on the right. He told me it was going to be $59 I was cool with that. Then he started to do my nails half one color half white put a top coat over them and said that will be $59. I’m like hold on you haven’t done the rest of it like it looks nothing like the picture, the picture don’t even have white in it. So then he starts going over it with different colors of glitter instead of fixing it to make it look like the picture. I had already been there almost 2 hours at this point. I was frustrated and ready to go!!! I’ll just say I will NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE COME back here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I asked him if the other lady working there could fix my nails since he jacked them up and he said she doesn’t know how…(lol) and that he was the only one that could do him. It really shouldn’t be that hard to make my nails look kind of like the picture and this is what I ended up with and still had to pay $59. I’m sure he could tell by my tone that I wasn’t happy and he didn’t even try to knock anything off the price. SMH… never again!!!

This is under new management. I got SNS, asked for white and it was anything but white. Pricing was $41 higher than other places I’ve tried and this only last me a week. Usually I can go 2-3 weeks with SNS. They were also very slow. Took almost 2 hours just for this manicure. I wanted to try them because it is close to where I work. Lesson learned, I won’t be returning.

I’m so frustrated! The first visit, in April, was great. I went today to get a pedicure. MISTAKE! I’ve had probably no less than 200+ pedicures in several states and this one was pathetic! Not only was the radio static the entire time, he cut my cuticles in 4 places! Not to mention my toe nails are not even filed straight, they are jagged and the polish looks Terrible!!!! I asked if he was the owner and he said he was and that he would give me 15% off….you’re joking right?!? He gave me my $30 back! I have NEVER experienced a pedicure like that before….not to mention it only took 30 min. I’m always the first one to write a 5-Star Review, but after what just happened, I have to let others know Not to waste your time or money!

I feel like it has amazing potential. Maybe I picked a bad day. Waited for an hour, wasn’t terrible waiting. Comfy chair and water included. However when it was my turn it was super rushed and felt like I was not a priority. Walk ins after me seemed to make him frantic wanting to service us all with only 2 employees working. All of my nails came out different lengths and shapes. Color options were great. But overall I was disappointed with the outcome.

This place is absolutely horrific, and I’ve given it not only 1, but 3 opportunities to change my opinion of it. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Most recently I came to have my nails done with a French ombré (which they specify on a sign on the door that they do) neither person there (and there were only 2 despite being a Friday afternoon which are the busiest times at a nail salon) seemed to know what I was talking about when I asked for this despite showing them numerous photos. I settled for just a basic French gel manicure because I had gotten so frustrated with trying to explain to the lady that would be doing my nails that a French ombré was the simplest of them all and you can’t advertise that you provide this service if you can’t even do that particular one. As she began to do my nails she immediately cut one of my cuticles and continued to irritate the same area over and over despite the bleeding! I finally had to tell her to stop touching the same area! I should have just left at that moment but I didn’t. The entire rest of my experience was just terrible and she knew that I wasn’t happy and just continued as though she really didn’t care. She was talking in her language to the other staff member (most likely about me) and finished the most horrible manicure I’ve ever had in my life. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment because I was so excited when this shopping center opened since it is so close to my house, but I’d drive 100 miles to another salon rather than to go back here ever again.
