My pedicure was rushed. She missed the edges of many of my toe nails. The manager told me to pay prices that weren’t listed online or in the store and said the prices weren’t up to date due to difficulties changing the site. My mom really enjoyed her pedicure but they didn’t tell her how long to stay under the dryer. The workers were mostly friendly. Seemed understaffed.

This was one of the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I came here because I saw that this place had 4.7 stars but after getting my nails done from this place, I believe more than half of these reviews are fake. Overall my experience was terrible here. First off, this salon was not sanitary at all. In addition to that, they did a terrible job on my nails. I asked for one design and got a completely different one and the design I got looks so bad that I wish I never even paid because the nail design I asked for was not given to me. The orange nails are the type of design I asked for but instead I got a whole different design which I hate. Not only did they give me a nail design I didn’t want but they did a terrible job with it! I wish I never paid for these nails because I am so angry . My friend also came here and they completely messed up her nails that she painted over the design they gave her. This was not a good nail salon and don’t come here if you want a good experience.

I do not recommend this place. Don’t get me wrong they did a fine job on my nails… just fine. However, I did not leave with the nails I wanted. The man who did my nails who i also believe is the owner or manager was very rude and refused to give me what i wanted because it was “ugly”. He outwardly judged the condition of my nails in front of everyone. I know my nails aren’t the most healthy or beautiful but to rant about how ugly my nails are to clients and employees is beyond rude. I left here feeling insecure, the opposite of how I should’ve felt. I will never return.

I have never ever given a review once before in my life, but I feel like this needs to be shared. Not only are the prices in store much more expensive than the prices on the website, but my nails were done horribly. I provided a reference picture and my nails were not done at all like the reference picture. I genuinely am so upset with the product and hope this does not happen to anyone else because not only am I out the money but now I’m stuck with hideous nails. I’m very disappointed and 100% would advice not coming here. What a waste of time and money.

I tried to make an appointment & was told to walk in. I then had to wait 45 min. My pedicure was very rushed. I was not asked if I wanted an upgraded pedicure and what I got didn’t have any lotion, massage, etc. The polish messy and I am sure won’t last long based on areas that aren’t covered. The manicure was the same quality & equally as rushed. My tech was borderline rude. Not a great experience.

I visited Deluxe Nails Studio initially because I needed my nails done on a Sunday and my normal nail salon wasn’t open. However I am super happy that I gave them a try! The services I purchased were a regular pedicure with nail design and a gel fill-in with nail design. Although I only got the classic pedicure, my nail tech was extremely thorough and took her time. My gel fill- in was done by one of the owners Steven and he did an excellent job! I wanted a special design on my middle fingers and he offered a suggestion and I loved it! He was very courteous and offered all of the guests drinks! This will now be my new nail salon and I cannot wait to go back and try a new design!

Walked in around 6pm on a Thursday and waited a little while to actually get going. The seemed understaffed and super busy so they did what they could while I waited for a nail tech. (Taking off my gel polish) the tech I had was great!!! He took super good care of me and my nails. I went in for a fill but got my whole set replaced along with gel polish and he did a design. Total came out to $55 which isn’t too bad. I would definitely go again!
