i have an important presentation tomorrow, and in all of my preparation, completely neglected to make a nail appointment. i knew i wanted the confidence boost so on a whim, i showed up to the salon and asked if they had availability. at first they didn’t, but they offered to remove my nails for me since they were overgrown. i agreed – feeling like that might be better than having long nails.

came to deluxe to get a full set. While the set was cute, it only lasted less than a week. My experience wasn’t great. The women who did my set was rude, and hurt my nails and cuticles. She kept shaving my cuticles to the point of them bleeding. I asked her to please be careful, and she laughed, and continued to still make my cuticles bleed. The second day of having my set, the nails were lifting. I would also wake up in the morning and see my cuticles bleeding because she kept cutting them.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityEvery time I go in here I am always assured there is time to do what I want to have done and they end up completely wasting my time. Today I spent over 40 minutes waiting, I just had to walk out. If you don’t have time, just say that. I can also never get anyone on the phone which os why I can rarely get an appointment. They used to have amazing services, customer service, and time management skills. Every time I go in here I am always assured there is time to do what I want to have done and they end up completely wasting my time. Today I spent over 40 minutes waiting, I just had to walk out. If you don’t have time, just say that. I can also never get anyone on the phone which os why I can rarely get an appointment. The spa pedicure is amazing. You get an aromatherapy calf and foot massage with lemongrass scrub, lavender jelly, and a mint hydrating mask. After this you get a hot stone massage that is so relaxing. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful with crystal chandeliers and a modern sitting area. Staff are friendly and above all, highly skilled. I had Anna, and she was fabulous. Thia is exactly what a girl needs to start the day off feeling good.

Horrible experience. Place wasn’t very busy when we first walked in. Went in with my MIL for pedicures and waited 45 mins before walking out. As soon as we went in they put us in pedicure chairs and started soaking our feet. No one said a word to us to tell us there was going to be such a long wait. Finally, one of the girls walked up and I asked how much longer. She said someone is in front of me still. We immediately left. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have walked out due to waiting. I won’t be back after 45 mins of my day was wasted, again!

Terrible place, they’re service is awful. Pedicures are horrible, no message and not good skin removal. When I gave my concerns at the paying counter as a constructive criticism the owner was very rude and angered, and all over my face. Most workers don’t understand or speak english well and may not even have licences or certifications to do the work. Save your money and aggravation and go somewhere else.
