I came here to get a pedicure and nail polish change. The Deluxe pedicure did not include the metal rasp (the part where they file your feet) and had very minimal massage. I let the owner know that day on the phone and she argued with me. She said she’d watch the video (they record everything ) and call me back. She never called the following day so I called her. I asked if she had watched the video and she said yes. She said I touched my foot but didn’t say anything. Apparently the video doesn’t record audio because this is where I said that she had not filed my feet. She said she would give me another pedicure but if I keep calling and complaining about her employees she wouldn’t serve me. My pedicure did not look good. I have included photos and my nails were chipping the day I got them done. I wont be going back for a free pedicure or ever. My sister also said that this salon just isn’t good anymore, they used to be great. I know they can do good work because my friend who went with me had a perfect pedicure but she can leave her review. I’m not going back.

I’ve been going here for 4 months now. Tay is wonderful and does a great job on my nails. I’m very particular with my nails and she does what I ask. Today I asked for the KC Chiefs emblem as this is my son’s flag football team. I showed her an image and she free handed it. She did a great job and my son and family loved the design. The other ladies do my pedicures and they are good too. I have really bad heels cracked and very thick skin (walk barefoot outside) and they’ve been able to get my heels soft with any of the pedicure services I choose. The place is always clean. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nail salon in Georgetown.

I was able to come in for a full set of sns dip nails and a pedicure at 6pm although they close at 7pm. The ladies who helped me were pleasant and sweet even though they had to stay after closing the to finish my nails. I love how the neon powder turned out. Nice big space inside, much larger than it looks from the outside. Thanks for the great experience ❤️

My daughter and I went today and had the best experience. The was the first place that actually listened to what I wanted and I have never been happier with my nails. The owner (I can’t remember her name) was so kind and it was very obvious she cares about her customers and will always go above and beyond! We will definitely be coming back.

I’ve had a few manis and pedis done here recently and I’ve had a great experience every time! The owner does nail art for me and I usually have photos of what I would like done. She is always able to match the design I’m looking for, and/or add thoughtful touches I didn’t think of. She goes above and beyond with the detail and I’m always in love with my nails when I leave! I get so many compliments!
