Kevin was wonderful as always! Anna made sure I was taken care of and she even gave me a hug! I’ve been going their for 9.5 years. They treat me like family! I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer recently and getting pampered by all staff is wonderful. Mostly the kindness and compassion that everyone has shown me is “heartfelt” and greatly appreciated. Lately I’ve been having a very rough time with my chemo and getting my nails makes me feel better.

The guy did my Acrylics and messed them up. On top of that he tried putting a black box on my nail and called it a flower. I also even said if you can’t do my nails right then I want someone new to work on them. I also told him I wanted my nails square but I don’t want the corners sharp because I work for a vet. On top of that he kept hitting my skin with the drill. My skin still stings and where I normally go never does that. My nails have never been this sore before and it’s my 3rd set of acrylics. He also filed one of them way to much it isn’t even straight on one side. And his flowers r half assed too. He was also super rude when I told him how I found out about the place when I even said I work right up the street. He seriously needs to learn customer service. If he can’t be polite then he shouldn’t be working with people. I now know I will be going back to my regular place I’ve been going to for a while now. I thought this place would be good by the reviews I read and it’s close to work for me. The shade of pink powder he put on my nails is also way to dark. Worst $45 ever spent. I’ll choose to spend the $50 at happiness nails and get exactly what I want then $45 and not get what I want. My nails have to always be done super neat and always on point.
