Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueShe was a very nice lady, but very unprofessional. She was wearing a bra as a top. Not a cute little brallet. A straight up bra with a skirt. And my nails. Terrible. 70 dollars for nails that I hate. Asked many times if she could fix it and she kept saying no no it’ll be fine. She didn’t use new tips, she used already cut tips on my nails and they didn’t fit. The nail tech put globs of powder on the center of my nails then bounced back to another nail. It was like she was in a rush. And the whole place was dark other then her area. It was clean as far as the manikin heads everywhere and nail chips in the ground. And she didn’t take card which was odd to me. I didn’t get to pick the correct color I wanted, she asked what I liked. I said orange, and she picked it herself. I said I wanted almond shaped and reminded her multiple times, and she said it would be an extra ten. 80?? No mam. I will not be going back.She was a very nice lady, but very unprofessional. Wow! This was my first time. My daughter and I got a pedicure. I got a facial for the first time ever! I always say you get what you pay for. She only makes private appointments so you really get the attention you deserve! Her prices may be higher than the “cattle call” nail salons but she is so professional and customizes her treatments based on your specific needs. I’ve read some of the negative reviews but my experience has been delightful! I highly recommend her!

Lily is the most professional nail technician I have ever been to. I have been going to Lily every 3 weeks or so for over 6 years. She makes your nails look so pretty!! She can do any color powder, design or whatever you like, but I like the gel nails with the pearl tips since they looks so clean. She is licensed to perform facials, massages and nails of all kind. I had ingrown toenail surgery that was botched by the Dr. and she worked that problem out within a few months.If you have a nail fungus Lily can over time heal your nail to perfection. Now my nails grow properly and do not hurt. When she does facials she deep cleans your face and I walk out with my face feeling so nice. Lily is not cheap but I believe you get what you pay for. If you like perfection you will not be unhappy. 🙂

$$$$ Lily is the Queen of up-sale. I went to get my nails done and ended up with a $370 bill. She down plays the service then charges $60-$80 more than I have ever paid without even discussing it with you. Upon arrival I pick out a nail color and sit down she says your eyes need a wax, I will wax for you. You need this OK how much $15 I say no they are fine she lower it to $12 I’m curious so I say ok. The process takes about 10 min she does a great job they look good (what I don’t know is that later she will charge me $65 for nails and eye browns) I usually pay about $30 for nails a balance of $45 would have been more in line with what I usually pay. During the nail appointment she is telling you need a facial you have too much dead skin etc. She is right I could probably use a facial. I finally agree thinking about $100. While I’m getting ready for the facial she says I do massage for you I said No she say just a 30 min to relax you I have to do before the facial…ok I’m thinking 30 min massage about $45-50 dollars so I’m in for about $45+$100+$50 with tip maybe a little over $200. But while doing massage I guess she ups it to 60 min without letting me ($135) and then while doing facial she add microdurm which hikes the price to $150. The services are fine. The massage was not great facial was ok nails looked good and I am happy with the eyebrows. What I am not happy with was the surprise $370 bill at the end. I told her I have not paid $135 for a 60 min massage usually it’s about $80. She really looked non concerned about this. I would not recommend this solon as you will either leave thinking you need a facial, eye brows or you will do it and end up with a huge bill.

My daughter and I went here on Thursday for French tip mani/pedis in preparation for her wedding on Saturday. Lily talked us into shellac on our fingernails. Have never experienced the burning we felt while placing our hands in the heated dryer. 3 hours later we were charged $55 dollars for each pedicure and $65 dollars for each manicure. 2 hours after that the polish was cracking and lifting off my fingernails. My daughter claimed her fingers still burned. By morning, every one of my nails was cracked and the polish on some popped off. About half of the bride’s nails started cracking. I called Lily and she wanted us to come back asap because she had another appointment. Being the day of the rehearsal dinner, I dropped the bride off for repairs and ran errands for the wedding. Upon my return 1 hour later, all the polish was removed and put on several times while Lily explained it was our nails that were the problem because they were ‘wavy’. 2 additional hours went by and my daughter’s nails were done but did not look any better. Now there was no time to do anything but remove what cracked polish was left on my nails and accept the job she had done on my daughter as we had to get ready for the rehearsal at the church.

It was $39 for 3 EYEBROWS! Even then I had to keep asking her to fix then because they were all different shapes and sizes. I REFUSE TO EVER GO BACK. I can go to First For Nails and pay $8 for eyebrows. I asked her the prices and she didn’t want to tell me. I was going to get a set of nails until she told me it would be $65. The outside is SKETCHY. It made my family and I very uncomfortable. Won’t return. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If you want a great experience worth the price DO NOT GO HERE… Services are way over priced for the same thing you can have done somewhere else. I had a pedicure done & didn’t even get the full treatment. She deep cleaned my toes but didn’t exfoliate or put lotion on after & no massage which is why I come to get a pedicure. Than I got shellac done, again way over priced. Not even an hour after I left I could see the top clear coat was wearing off & there were streaks where it wasnt applied. I had to go back to get it fixed but I just told her to take it off bc obviously the products she uses are not good. I highly recommend not going here if you want quality service.

She is very professional and knows her business. I will never go to anyone ever again. She knows how to get rid of fungus and keep it away. She also does a deep cleaning. At other places you pay a smaller price and only receive a foot bath, clipped nails and nail polish. She tailors to the customers needs. I would and have recommended her. She is also a sweet lady. She cares for her customers.
