This place is absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to go back! I did some research and out of all the salons I checked out this one had the best reviews and was really close to where I live! Honestly I was pretty scared because of all the bad reviews from other salons but this one I just absolutely love. The man that did my nails was actually very quick and they just look fabulous! He was very gentle and didn’t hurt me at all. I’ve had my nails done in the past other places and it would kind of hurt but not here. I was a walk-in and I was immediately seated and offered a drink and I’d say I waited maybe 10 to 12 minutes or so before I was getting my nails done. I got the acrylic solar pink and white and I am extremely happy with the end result and I will absolutely be going back there to get them filled! I would absolutely recommend the salon, also the inside was just beautiful!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone..they can’t do a simple acrylic fill so they made me get a full new set and charged me $70 for it (not including tip) “because of the length” but they messed up the length so bad they were uneven so I had to get them shorter than I wanted so they could at least be uniform and I still got charged for this so called length. If you want good quality nails for your hard earned money, please don’t go here. Still had to file them even when I got home. The people were very nice and efficient, but I have only had my dipped nails for 9 days, and 3 are cracked and two others have chipped down the sides, leaving the edges rough. I had them fix my first cracked nail when it happened on day 3, but no reason to go back for the others given the the additional problems. I can normally wear my dipped nails for 4 weeks so pretty disappointed with this set.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and typically never leave disappointed BUT was not happy today. They aren’t bad, just not what I asked for. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted, and he talked me into a different color than I asked for and was so persistent about it I just said yes, and it looks completely different. He was also pretty rough and got me a few times with the drill. Person who did my pedicure did a good job, but didn’t clean under my toenails like they always do. I didn’t leave less than 4 stars because I’ve always had great service here but today I was not happy:( just make sure you are persistent about what you ask for in the beginning.

I love Deluxe Nail & Spa!!!! The staff is phenomenal! They’re very accommodating and friendly! They listen to all of your needs and wants and have great ideas when you don’t know what you want for sure. My friends and I love coming here, they always make sure we can sit together! Critical: QualityI have had my nails on for 5 days and they’re cracking and splitting all over! I’ve never had this happen. I asked the techif he was going to use the clear powder. He just used the color powder. I’m guessing thats what happened! The femal tech was really sweet but I didn’t hget her, my daughter did. Her nails look amazing! If you go ask for one of the ladies. Thats a safe bet. I will be calling to see if they can help me. Awful experience! Ann messed up my eyebrows. How can you mess up eyebrows..ugh! She took off way more than she needed to! When I told the manager he was like there is nothing we can do. I will not be returning!
