Critical: Professionalism, ValueI wanted a simple eyebrow and chin wax. It was fine until the lady dropped wax on my clothes! The man said oh it will come out in the wash. Perhaps, but I called my friend who is a cosmetologist in another city and does waxing in her shop, she says it depends on the material and how much. They should’ve covered my clothes to prevent this.So I have to walk around with soiled clothes for the rest of the day with stains that may not come out. No apology, no discount. He turned away from me when I asked him about the issue. I repeated myself, he was silent, no remorse, no apology, no I’m sorry.My LAST visit to this salon. Positive: QualityI went in for a manicure and TY went above and BEYOND! I live about an hour and a half away from this salon and would drive down for him to do my nails again. He did a superrrr cute design and was super friendly the entire time. 10/10 would recommend:)Service: Manicure

Next, the picture I showed was clear the simple design and shape I have gotten done perfectly at other salons 100 times. He did not even shape my nails, the gel is bubbling, and they look terrible. Glue all over my fingers.
