Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDon’t waste your money. Horrible experience for my friend. The nail tech applied acrylic powder on her cuticles. She wanted Coffin shape and end up square shape and uneven. Polish job was horrible. Underneath her nails there were gaps and did not apply the right size nail tip. Don’t waste your money. Horrible experience for my friend. The nail tech applied acrylic powder on her cuticles. She wanted Coffin shape and end up square shape and uneven. Polish job was horrible. Underneath her nails there were gaps and did not apply the right size nail tip. Overall, she was not satisfied with this horrible job. Her hands was so sensitive that it hurt from the drilling.

Nancy is rude and lazy. I have been doing my own mails for years but once In a while I am in a rush or don’t feel like doing my own. This place is close to my house so I decided to stop by for a mani pedi. Nancy refused to use a cuticle pusher and cuticle cutter and only used the E file or drill to get my cuticles off which is a lazy way to do a sloppy job. Part of the reason she is lazy and defensive is becasue she has severe arthritis and wears hand braces so she will not do manual hand work. My nails were already thinned out from the last time I got acrylics and were burning from the drill so i asked her to manually buff and cut my cuticles by hand instead of using the drill. Even after using the drill I could still peel back massive sized cuticle dead skin and showed her my hands. I asked very nicely and in a low voice, she jumps up and starts screaming refusing to use the cuticle cutter. I was in a rush and just settled on the drill and she just refused to finish the service. She doesn’t sanitize or put her metal tools in the autoclave she used the same cuticle cutter on multiple people. She will make you wash your hands while reusing gloves for multiple customers. She uses a wet towel that smells moldy to catch nail dust. She walks around barefoot in her salon. She takes breaks using the phone or bathroom for 5 mins in the middle of services. I usually enjoy services by the other employee Navy who is very sweet and accommodating but is clearly intimidated by the owner who doesn’t let her work to her full potential. I left and went to “Purple Nails” down the street who spent 20 minutes cleaning up left over messy cuticle left over from Nancy. Go to Purple Nails and ask for Tona.

the service was amazing and the workers were so nice. i had an awesome experience and the design on my nails were perfect and just how i wanted them. i’m definitely going back next time. The price was so cheap to and worth it .

Unsanitary and rude customer service. Nancy the owner is lazy and rude. Today, she refused to do my manicure because i pointed out her sloppy work. I came in for a manicure, and she refused to use a cuticular pusher and cutter, and she only used a E file. I showed her that there was still significant cuticle skin left on the skin and she refused to clean it up due to her arthritic hands. Her tools are unsanitary, she uses a wet towel that smells like mold and used her cuticle cutter on herself while reusing it on other clients without cleaning it. She reuses her gloves without washing them, while also walking around the salon barefoot. Stay away from Nancy if you have to go to this salon. Navy, her employee is more professional. If i’m paying 72$ plus tip for a pedicure and manicure i should at least be able to get the services that i’m paying for. Stay away from this place and go to “Purple Nails” down the street, the nail lady there spent a significant amount of time CLEANING my nails full of excess cuticle skin after Nancy did a horrible job of “cleaning” my nails.

Went to get mani and pedi with my boyfriend. Paid $35 for each of our pedicures. The process for both was not the same. The lady who did my pedicure completely skipped over the scrub, the hot oil treat and leg wrap for me but my boyfriend received everything. Not sure if I will go back because I don’t like how so much was left off my pedicure procedure. Boyfriend was fine with his manicure he just would’ve preferred she not put any clear polish at all on him. My gel mani is ok but she didn’t bother to moisturize my hands afterward. We did have an appointment however the more people came in, they seemed to start rushing through our service so I definitely didn’t like that.

Big No! I have asked for the specific color and the lady did totally different color. And when I asked nicely why does this color looks different than what I choose and she started to screaming… honey honey I asked you, I can’t do again. I replied her I am not asking you to do it again I am just asking nicely why is different than what I saw on sample. And she was going on and on and on… please if you care about your money please choose different place. This is just a waste of your money and disrespect behavior towards clients. And her good interior shop makes people to come but it’s not fare for good service you are paying for.

I came here for manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was good and the lady did a good job. BUT the manicure started and she was unfit , she was in hurry and no proper filing and I took gel nail polish and she just did it clumpy like crazy. Chii I did not like at all. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR MANICURE!!
