I was greeted warmly and ushered into an area to select from a HUGE selection of colors (which I loved)…no rush to pick a color!!! Tom assisted me right away, offered a beverage and then we discussed my idea. He removed my previous nails in less than 5 min effortlessly and without massive drilling. He moved quickly, gently paying close attention to all the important details to get the right shape! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I’ve never been happier! Ask for Tom!! He’s amazing!!!!

Have been here many times and so far only one nail tech can actually do nails and pedicures… today I had the worst experience they tried to force a color that I didn’t want and no one knew how to do a simple design… I had 3 different people work on my nails because no one knew what they were doing ! Very disappointing! Everyone had bad attitudes as if I was wrong for not wanting the color they tried to force on me … definitely finding a new place to go to !

I had to go up the street to get my toes polished and they told me the acrylic toes I JUST got done had a crack in them. Lazy workers who do trash nails! Go somewhere else then they have attitudes when you tell them the nails are ugly. What a waste of money!

Worst experience my fiancé has ever had getting her nails done. When getting her nails done the lady even cut her finger and told her to “be quite and not say anything”. Taking them off, her actual nails are literally breaking in half. She will definitely NOT! be returning to this location.

Definitely not terrible from far away, but the texture is uneven, the tips are so thin that they’re already cracking, they’re not shiny, and not clean around the edges. The staff here is very nice (I’ve been 3 times). However, the woman I had yesterday was in a big rush, even though it wasn’t busy early in the morning. This lady had everything smooth and even, then was careless with the activator (pink liquid) brush and ruined the smooth texture. Then, in stead of a top coat, she put a BASE coat at the end of it all, and not very evenly. AND I got a polish change on my toes and she did not put the top coat on the whole nail. If she would have taken her time, they would have been perfect.

Givin them too many chances. Paid $104 for mani and full set with GEL only for my polish to come off the next day. My pedicures always seem rushed and my toes were not polished all the way. Too much money for service like this. I’m due to vet my nails fixed then that will be my last time there
