Staff was nice and they give you wine but the massage was lacking a lot, they didn’t properly push back/trim our cuticles, missed spots when painting nails, got irritated when I asked to have my (very lumpy) big toe repainted, and did not shape our nails the same at all. My nails especially are all different shapes and jagged on my pointer finger. Though it was only $40 for a mani/pedi before tip, I don’t think I would go back. Where I begin, my aunt decides to go to this place probably getting her nails done for the third time EVER. Expecting to walk in and walkout satisfied the workers made sure to do just the opposite. After stating she would like her real nails NOT cut, the lady decided to go her own route and cut them off anyway. My aunt was told, “it’s NOT POSSIBLE to add tips over her own nails”, not having done her nails so often she didn’t know if that’s just how things worked and there was no other way. After having the tips added on, my aunt asked for them to be cut shorter and shaped coffin. The nail tech completely stopped her work saying it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to do her nails shorter and babe a coffin shape. Just to put into perspective, my aunts nails are about a centimeter and a half long while she’s being told coffin can’t be done any shorter than that. I understand the whole mail bed things and how it may break and such, however after specifying it was understood and AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, I believer we should get what we ask for. Personally I have done my nails many time and have gotten them way shorter and yet my nail tech was still able to achieve what I asked for. Mind you my aunt went to do her nails when I wasn’t there, so upon going back I went with her this time and when the nail lady was told to fix them, she did the bare minimum with the biggest attitude upset that someone didn’t like her work. I even pulled up pictures of SHORT COFFIN NAILS and the lady had nothing to say.

Customer service lacks!!I was trying to make this shop my go to because of the proximity to my place but I’d rather find somewhere else.I Booked for a mani&pedi days before my appt only to get there and this rude manager insisted I can only get one service done because she was overbooked.She offered mo solution for my woes.They pretty racist too so if you nothing but white I’d rather you keep it moving.
