I got a set of nails here even though I don’t typically wear fake nails. I wanted an extra nice look for an event. They did a beautiful job. I was thrilled with my nails and will likely wear them for quite a while. The prices are not too bad and they have a very large selection of polish and design options. I got a french manicure with gold metallic polish. It turned out amazing and I’ve gotten lots of compliments on them. I’ll definitely be a return customer here.

I genuinely dislike this establishment and only come when it is the last option. On several occasions I have witnessed them talk bad about other customers, turn customers away for the simple fact that they don’t want to do the work and clearly rush the people that are in their chairs. I have seen them turn away customers 40 to 50 minutes before closing just because they can. It is crazy ridiculous to me. Why have your hours posted if you can’t honor them? It’s really an integrity issue.

I made an appointment with the guy that sits at the first seat and he says over the phone yes come in I will remember you when you get here. We went and he says I didn’t talk to him and that he didn’t talk to anyone but he’s the one that always answers the phone. He tells me there wasn’t any appointments available they are really disrespectful of customers time, very rude. I was dissatisfied with the time before when we went but I always give second chances. I would suggest you spend your money with a place that treats its customers with respect.

Don’t waste your time because they WILL waste yours. Went in on a Sunday around 1pm I waited until 2:20pm and realized I wasn’t going to be getting a pedicure just a massage chair with no water to soak, I left. Showed them a picture of what I wanted: green French tip smooth transition of different colors on each finger from dark to light. What I got was a mesh of black, baby blue and an ugly combination of different greens. Photo showed a thin tip. My nails tip was half of my nail. I didn’t get to see the colors or pick the order before it was on my hand. Just thought I would trust them to see if they would pull it together. When I politely said I didn’t like it and asked for a removal and as much refund as possible because i had no time for them to try and “fix” the thing.. thelady made a scene in front of costumers saying it was just like the picture. I had no problem with their technique, just didn’t like the design execution.. and I should be allowed to say that without them being rude. Never going back.
