Critical: ProfessionalismI came in to get a refill and pedicure everything was rushed they cared more about people coming in than they care about the actual customers that they have in their seats. It was my first time in this Nail Salon and I will definitely come back! I love my nails, the nail tech (Mya I think) was very nice, and she made sure to do what I asked for. It will definitely be my new Nail Salon!!☺️☺️ Gel manicures

Came in today to get a gel refill. Told the.nail tech I did not want my nails trimmed and wanted an ombré nail pattern that has been applied to my nails for months now. First off they butchered the length and trimmed them down to my fingertips. The nail color isn’t ombré at all, you can clearly see the color line, also the color line that is present is in the wrong direction. My wife was next to me and saw how unhappy I was during the process, instead of confronting the matter which it cannot be fixed, we have decided to no longer go to their business going forward.

Went in for “acrylic” full set. Large sign says $38. I asked for French. Technician Linke stated $5 extra. After nails were completed, she told me $48. She had a price list of her own with $45 hand written above the prices. Does NOT match the large sign on the wall nor the pamphlets provided at the front desk. Be careful people, they try to be slick and charge extra money. Not happy!

I was getting ready to give this salon one star because I arrived at 6:20 pm, website stating closed at 7 pm. The sign on the business window stated open until 7 pm. Young man working told me they were closed. I sited the website and window stated otherwise. As I walked out an employee by the name of Tina, stopped to talk with me. Mind you she was headed home. At this point it was 6:27 pm, Tine came back into the salon. Performed a pedicure for me, did not rush through it and we both were out of the door by 7 pm.. Tina is a great asset to this salon. The young man on the other hand, though he is related to the owner, he has no customer service!
