I came here on 07/05 with a scheduled appointment at 3:30, but no one got started on my nails until about 4:00-4:15. I’m not impatient, I sat there until I was given a tech. The man, David, who did my nails was nice at first but then got pretty aggressive with me verbally and physically. He kept claiming I was moving my hands and messing him up, but I was watching the entire time and was pretty focused on not moving. This made him hold my hands extremely tight which was not comfortable at all. He had the dremel pretty high which hurt quite a bit. When I went to wash my hands at the end I had multiple cuts around my nails, and my nail beds look very irritated and almost infected. I was pretty visibly uncomfortable and in pain while he was finishing but was still very rough with me even after I said it hurt. I regret even paying considering how I was treated and the state of my nails. Please save your money and time and do not come here.

I have never been inclined to post a review but this place has disappointed me time and time again. When I first moved to Kyle a year ago I would come here all the time to get my nails done, but after multiple bad experiences I decided to go somewhere else. After about 9 months, I decided to give this place another shot. I asked for coffin shape and they were filed very poorly. Looked more rounded than coffin. The gel paint job (brown) was also poor. It was on my skin and on the underneath of my nails. I was in a rush to get to work, so I did not have her fix any of it. I called after I left and asked if I could come in and get them taken off and get a refund. The man on the phone said that they could take them off and have someone else redo the set. I appreciated that and came in the next day. When I got there, they tried to just file the shape and not honor what I was told over the phone. I understand that taking a very fresh set off would be not great for my nail bed, but that’s what I was told they could do and that’s what I wanted. She tried to push me to just file the shape but I was also unhappy w the length (I had already said I would be willing to pay for the long length since she didn’t charge me for it the first time even though that is what I asked for). Eventually I just asked them to take them off for free and I would go somewhere else to get them redone (I didn’t ask for a refund at this point). They said no it’s okay we will do the set. I paid $10 for them to redo my set because I got long nails and dip (which i hadn’t originally). I did not dispute the $10 charge even though while doing my nails, she filed the top of my hand (not my finger, my hand (knuckles)) with the wand and despite my thumb looking so embarrassingly crooked even after having asked it to be fixed 3 times (did not even bother asking to fix the other crooked nails). I am very dissatisfied with not only the service, but the customer interaction as well. I should not have had to fight to get what I was originally promised.

I just want to say we love this place, and will continue to go. Today Jhon hooked my babys nails up she is so happy he did such an amazing job and can’t forget my fav Tim for my nails and Helen for my pedicure they are the best everyone there is great always so nice and accommodating

I used to love coming here. Past tense! I got a gel manicure on Tuesday (2 days ago!) and the polish is peeling! I do not work in a field where I am constantly having to wash my hands or anything like that where it would affect the longevity of my polish. This typically lasts me about 3 weeks. I’m so disappointed. Especially for the money and time spent there. I am going to call in the morning to see what they do about making it right but we’ll see.

I really should have read the reviews before walking into this place. I went in just to get my eyebrows done and was heavily pushed to get my nails done, so I went ahead and did both. I asked for a gel manicure, coffin shaped, full color and an eyebrow wax. When we 1st started everything was fine though I did notice David, the person that was working on me, was holding my fingers quite tightly. The whole time he was applying the gel it was getting all over my fingers and my skin and it was irritating my hand. Then came the dremmel…. 2 nails in I told him that it was stinging and I think he was cutting me he told me “don’t be scared nothing to be scared of” and proceeded to put the dremmel against his own skin on the palm of his hand. Not wanting to be a complaining customer, I let him continue. I cannot tell you how many times I winced and bit my tongue while this man blatantly cut my cuticles open. Once he finally got the paint on he also got that everywhere and had to clean my nails off multiple times. When they were finished drying he then got an alcohol swab and rubbed it over every single nail and I felt it ALL!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI always go here for my pedicures. They are always so nice to me and very professional. The salon is extremely clean and well decorated. They offer a couple of glasses of wine free with a service, so a great place to go with girlfriends. I recommend Lan (great if it’s “been a while”- she’s not letting you go home to your man/woman with calluses) or Kimmy (a mind-blowing foot massage!!! Seriously…try it!) if you can get an appointment with either of these ladies. All three are absolutely fantastic. I recently started getting acrylic nails done by Tim…and I’m in love with them. I just moved here and been trying out new places this is by far the worst OVERPRICED place I’ve been to I arrived and showed what I wanted they charged for every little detail down to the acrylic so I got a regular French tip they rushed the whole process which made the nails come out thin and bulky I got very little detail for $50 if you want good quality nails Do Not come here 🙁

DAVID is so rude!!! Idk how he still has a job there!! There are so many negative reviews about him. He’s aggressive and is physical with people! I loved the other guy there, can’t remember his name. If you get seated with David, ask for someone else.
