Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to deluxe nails for over a year now and every time I go I am never disappointed. Everything or anything that I have one of them to do they do pretty much exactly to the picture that I’ve shown them. They displayed great customer service and are very gentle. I would highly recommend them to anybody whoever is looking to get their nails done! I have been going to deluxe nails for over a year now and every time I go I am never disappointed. Everything or anything that I have one of them to do they do pretty much exactly to the picture that I’ve shown them. They displayed great customer service and are very gentle. I would highly recommend them to anybody whoever is looking to get their nails done! If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would.

Positive: ProfessionalismI went on a Sunday afternoon when only 3 clients were being serviced. Everyone seemed relaxed yet professional. No one was talking loud except the clients. I received a toe color change and trim as well as nail overlay. The attendant was patient and careful while removing my previous overlay. I went on a Sunday afternoon when only 3 clients were being serviced. Everyone seemed relaxed yet professional. No one was talking loud except the clients. I received a toe color change and trim as well as nail overlay. The attendant was patient and careful while removing my previous overlay. It was definitely better than the services I received from Aeon Nails on Stan Schuettler and less expensive.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot a manicure and it was very poorly done. The guy doing it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and was rushing. He filed my nails just enough to rough up the edges and made them uneven. He was extremely careless when cleaning my cuticles to the point that he caused my cuticles to bleed. It is supposed to be a time to relax and it was exactly the opposite. My nails look worse than when I first went in. Got a manicure and it was very poorly done. The guy doing it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and was rushing. He filed my nails just enough to rough up the edges and made them uneven. He was extremely careless when cleaning my cuticles to the point that he caused my cuticles to bleed. It is supposed to be a time to relax and it was exactly the opposite. My nails look worse than when I first went in. I would not recommend going to this nail salon at all.

Critical: ProfessionalismOn November 16, 2020 I went in for a pedicure and my sister in-law as well, The female owner did a horrible job with my pedicure and they charge me a manicure that I did not request. I spent $98.00 total. I was not satisfied and I was really mad for the bad service. The male owner came to me on my way out and apologize & offer me my next pedicure for free. Today I go for my pedicure and I tell the technician to remind the owner that I was there for my free pedicure and he came aggravated and basically call me lier and tell me he did not said that was free only that he will take 5 dollar of my regular pedicure Im a honest person and I wont dare to put words on ppls mouth. Ive been a customer in this place for almost 3 years now with the old administration and always spent between $80 to $140 dollars every visit & today I was there for few services, not anymore. You font loose only customers you loose credibility. I spent $98.00 total. I was not satisfied and I was really mad for the bad service. The male owner came to me on my way out and apologize & offer me my next pedicure for free.
