it rlly is a hit or miss with this place. it doesn’t matter if u make an appointment they will still make u wait to be seated or ask u to come back later. the customer service is very poor and they basically just throw u around not gentle at all. the first picture is what i wanted and the second is what i got. She put dots of glue on my nails instead of the pearls.she also made them extremely short when i told her i wanted them really long

I came in for a pedicure and it was not anything I wanted. The wait wasn’t a problem, but I’m pregnant and on my feet all day everyday and wanted a nice pedi… I wasn’t asked what kind I wanted so I got a rushed basic pedicure. Others waiting around me were not rushed but mine was. Definitely very upset with service today.
