I left and was pleased that Deluxe Nails took me as a walk in 🙂 I was very happy with my manicure and wished I had made my appointment there to begin with! I have very arthritic knees so it’s very hard for me to reach and cut my toenails. This place is kind enough to cut them for me quickly nothing else no frills for $10 and change. So guys if you’re having issues similar to that and your toenails get along and painful in your shoes just come up here swallow your pride and have the lady take care of your toenails for you. It was worth it I don’t cut my own hair so now I don’t cut my own toenails LOL

My mom left with paint still under her nails. When she asked them to soak and clean them as we paid for a manicure and were not soaked and cuticles were not trimmed, the loud woman in the shop GAVE HER TOOLS TO CLEAN THEM HERSELF. The other woman told her to use lemon juice. If they won’t even clean your nails ( even when you ask them to since you are paying for it) what else are the skimping on cleaning. Go to pearl nails up the road they do great work and WANT their customers happy. Mary and the staff here are very friendly! When I got a gel set for the first time, Mary didnt grind my natural down to nothing and burn me. My nails look great now! Go have your nails polished or get a pedicure! You wont be disappointed!

I have been a customer there for several years and they always do a very nice job on my nails. Unfortunately, last night was the night before Thanksgiving. I had made an appointment because I did have other things I needed to get done. I arrived for my appointment and had to wait 45 minutes because they had my nail tech taking care of walk in customers. I’m pretty upset about it. My time is valuable too! The could have at least offered me a discount for the inconvenience! Had it not been the night before a holiday, I’d have left and went elsewhere. This isn’t how you treat a good customer!
