The staff was great , got you in and out quick, however they head them in like cattle which in my opinion that makes more of a messy job, I had the powder dip, when the nails came off my nail beds were in bad shape and my pointer finger nail was green Manicure

Okay, so to start this review off I just want to say I normally don’t do reviews but this has infuriated me. I made an appointment for 3:45 I got there roughly 10 minutes early and I wasn’t seen until 4:15 pm, I understand things happen but they were rude from the start about what nails I wanted, I didn’t want dip I wanted acrylic and on their website it says acrylic is based at $50. She told me that French tip was an extra $5, how In the world did she come up with $70 for a short French. I don’t know. I also asked to take my service else where and it was almost like she forced me to stay. She didn’t prep my nails by board rules, I was in cosmetology so I would know. She sanded and trimmed that was it. This is where things go wrong, she’s doing the service and continues to say “you just don’t understand” or “your not getting it girl” and her first language wasn’t English so it was definitely hard to understand, I found it very rude that I was spending hard earned money for a service Like that. As I’m about to leave, keep in mind I’m pregnant. She grabs my shoulders HARD, and says “that wasn’t so bad” and that’s when I had enough. I just thought this should be heard because all of that was kinda traumatic. Nails came out decent but not worth it.

I have been going to the place since it opened and have normally only ever had good things to say, but today I was very disappointed. To start off I should say that my daughter and I got the dip powder and hers still looks great… I got the dip nails on a Saturday, not what I asked for, I wanted acrylics and was told this was healthier for nails, and by day 3-4 there was some really noticable cracking under the top coat . I have never had this happen and called to see if it was normal. I was told to come in and they could fix them. I get there and at least 4 of my nails had cracks. I was treated very rude by the owner and told that there was only one that needed fixing but it was my fault that it was cracked… I “must have picked up something heavy” and that the crack was in my nail. It’s not. After him telling me repeatedly that there was only one the needing fixing and the others were cracks in the top coat, I just asked if he could remove the dip powder. To his credit when I asked how much I owed him he said $0. Will this stop me from ever going back? I don’t know. I have never had a problem with a pedicure.

I went to get a pedicure and a new acrylic set. the pedicure was okay but when it was time to get my nails done I had the most horrific experience eve. I had to argue with the nail tech about getting a new set and not a fill in, she drilled my nails off which is not what I wanted, I wanted them soaked. I did not have tips i have naturally long nails. she filed one of my nails down so short that I have to cut my real nail. she also broke all of my other nails causing me to cut all of my nails. when I asked for another nail tech the owner stated that he would do mine but I would have to wait an additional 30-45 mins in addition to the 2.5 hours I had already waited to get my toes done. I got a basic pedicure with normal polish. that took over an hour and my toes are messed up because I had to leave to get my nails done and they didn’t have anymore pedicure shoes. so I paid for a pedicure that last 2 minute. I would not recommend this salon to anyone not even the dead I will not be going back there ever again

My husband and I came for pedicures and he had to wait 45 minutes into my pedicure before a female worker was available to work with him. The male that was available refused to help him because he doesn’t work with males. This gentleman started working on a female customer that just walked in while my husband had been waiting this whole time. To refuse service based off someone’s gender is ridiculous and unlawful. And when I questioned him about it he was rude and said, “I told you I don’t work with males.” What’s to stop them from discriminating against any other factors?

I would give this business zero storage. They charged 165 for 3 of my family members without manicures, just nails. When I asked why, the man laughed at me and said it was very expensive. I don’t agree, charging what you want is not good business. It was basically theft,.

I adore this place, the pet are very nice and mostly do a good job however I will say that the last time I had my nails done there ( white French tip) that about a week later, the top coat had turned yellow. Now, I don’t smoke and I didn’t put my hands into anything staining. This usually has happened before in the past when I’ve done my nails at home, not when I pay a good amount to have them professionally done. Idk why it happened and it may never happen again but this was my last experience…..also I don’t like when I ask for help and they push powder dip on you, almost like you didn’t request it and it’s like no matter how many times you say you want gel, it doesn’t matter. Dip is easier for them so I guess it’s not about what you want. Other then that, I love this place. Would be 5 stars if not for what I stated above.

I got dip powder, the guy was rushed, rude, and sloppy. They have raised the prices, brought in a bunch of new employees, and the quality of service has gone down hill. I’ve been going here for 4 years and after my last couple of experiences I won’t be going back Dip powder
