Dissatisfied and way over priced. I had Raw sand paper nails on all sides and caked on acrylic under my nails my kid got a Halloween decorations but it looked nothing like the image he picked. To top that off they charged me $180 for a fill and painted nail art on my kids nails. Had to get them fixed the next day because my nails would get caught on fabrics because they didn’t polish the rough sanding. We both went to Hollywood nails in Sandwich they got us all fixed up for $35 a fraction of a price compared. In the imaged with yellow nails are Delux nails and Plus my kids nails.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My mani and pedi were beyond terrible – not only were the technicians extremely rough with my nails (I winced several times during the pedicure because it was legitimately painful), but the end result was awful. There is so much polish pooled up around my cuticles, stray polish all over my toes (I had to ask several times before leaving if someone could please at least remove the polish that was all over my skin), super uneven nail shape, – as soon as I left I had to make an appointment somewhere else to get my nails redone. When I tried to say something I was immediately interrupted. Also, I watched them “clean” a few tools after another customer had left, and that consisted of a very brief rinse with cold water and throwing the tools right back into a drawer – so unsanitary!

Worst fill I’ve ever had. The man rushed through it, he must have stopped and started working on my nails 10 times throughout the visit. Then while working on my nails it felt like he was more focused on what was going on around the room then on the job he was doing. He didn’t paint the free edge on all the nails, so the gel polish started lifting after 3 days. The whole experience was so disappointing.

Right then and there he says yes and begins.During the whole time of getting my nails done he was very rude he was tugging on my hands and being very unprofessional.When he was finished and almost on to the polishHe did a completely different design . Again I spoke up “ sir is there any way you can get similar to what the picture shows”?! He then Goes yes I did & proceeds to argue with me about the design he did matched the design on the picture … It did not look anything alike. So I politely asked if I could take that off and try design the he could do…. He then goes I can’t do nail art and told me that he can’t give me nail art because his next appointment… however I was there first called and scheduled my appointment 24 hrs prior. So after him telling me no that he can’t do my nails with any design he proceeded to paint my ring finger a regular color and just sent me out like that , told me I owe him $85 ..for this…?! Absolutely not !I explain to him that my nails do not come out The way I wanted it , that they looked nothing like what I wanted and I was very unsatisfied. This is the worst nail salon ever I have done until now. They were saying: “ Wait for me 10 minutes” 3 times. After I have got the the refilled nails done, the powder has lifted off my nails when I was going home. They do not clean the tool, they just put it in the machine and keep using that to other customers. The pumice they are using to rub your heel, they do not clean it and keep using the next customer. It so horrible! I dont recommend this salon to anybody, take your money with the better choices.

In my opinion, I think that this place is now what I expected it to be. I saw the nails they did on some people which made me think that they are a good place to get your nails done. However, when I went in the store and the guy talked to me, first of all I didn’t understand anything, and the girl that did glued my nails on kept falling off and the guy had to redo them again which my my fingers hurt from all the pressing and gluing. Moving on, when the girl was doing my cuticles, the file drill thing was hurt me really bad but I tried to hold it in but sometimes I would move my hand back just a little because it hurtted. However, she would selfishly tell me to stop moving. (And to let you know, my skin is sensitive and I’m only 12). Moving on, when the man got to doing my acrylic it looked a bit good which made me a bit less stressed. However, when her got to painting my nails he didn’t even take his time on it he rushed throughout the whole process because their were other appointments after me. And at the end it cost 60$. Like seriously it’s not worth it. However, this place needs to limit their customers so they can focus more and not rush. They have to also learn to have a bit of a gentle manner around customers.

I brought my niece here over the weekend after having a less then great experience else where. They had so many options for dip powder! I’ve never seen a salon with so many options. The gentleman who helped us was amazing, he filed my nails into the perfect shape, and he was so sweet to my niece. She tends to be very active and move quite frequently, but he was patient and kind. We can’t wait to go back!
