Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLess than 8 hours later can not tell these were done today it looks like I’ve had them for a month. No too coat, no shine at all, large toes have marks on the white tips already had to file the edge of one mail was sharp and poking my other toe. I asked for just a regular pedicure and the woman said it was like 65 dollars if I was not going on vacation and needed them done today I would have went somewhere else. Less than 8 hours later can not tell these were done today it looks like I’ve had them for a month. No too coat, no shine at all, large toes have marks on the white tips already had to file the edge of one mail was sharp and poking my other toe. My feet are not smooth and they look a mess very disappointed and for 80.00 I expected better. I went in thinking someone there would know how to paint nails, the only real nail techs they have are reserved for acrylic nails. I went in for a pedi mani with just polish and it was very mediocre. The guy doing my nails obviously didn’t know how to do nails or give a proper pedicure. It’s not just wash and scrub. I had to guide him when painting my nails. He had to redo it because it was very lumpy the first time and he actually thought that was fine. It was still lumpy the second time but not as bad. Overall this place lost its original good staff and are not hiring qualified people, yes, you need to be qualified to give a mani and pedi to avoid any infections and overall provide good service.

I was really disappointed of the work from my tech, every single nail is blocky and crooked. She burned me 3 times with the drill and cut the sides of my nails with the emery board as well. Used files and not clean drill bits, it was very unsanitary and that is how you spread infections. I was charged $56 and had asked for a short white acrylic square shaped set. I had high hopes from the amazing pedicure I received a few days prior but the acrylic full set on my hands I was not impressed. Some nails are way thicker than others, lumpy application, and there’s no apex.

I was told by “Danny” I could come in the next weekend to get them fixed as I work 10 hours a day during the weekdays and would not have any time to have them repainted. When I arrived the next weekend i requested they just fill them in and leave them as is as I clearly do not want this woman to repaint my nails. I was told I would need to PAY for the fill in as she would only paint them again. I visited the salon in June 2022. I had shellac on my toes already and was getting a pedicure, so therefore a polish change. Usually they will file the top layer off and soak the rest of the shellac off. This particular visit I got acrylic nails which I don’t normally do.. when I tell you these nails stayed on for 1 month, it was AWFUL! They were practically cemented to my nails. I soaked each nail in 100% acetone for almost 30 minutes, after filing off a majority of the acrylic. These things still did not come off. It is now October and my nails are just now starting to be healthy again after having to pull them off! As for my toenails, instead of soaking them off the woman decided to file the shellac off. My toenails were so thin they broke within 2 days of getting them done. But that’s not even the worst part.. since June, I have not been able to grow my toenails. They break every time they actually start to grow. They are so thin. For over a month they hurt because of how thin they were. I will never go here again.. they should not be filing off shellac! Here we are 4 months later and I’m still paying for it. Not to mention, I paid $147 for the service!!

I changed the design to something simpler and everything about it was sloppy and poorly done. I honestly hate how my nails look. The most important thing is sanitation, this place had their tools sanitized and would be unwrapped in front of you, well…. They don’t that anymore or at least not always. I wasn’t aware at first but during my pedicure he pulled the tools and scrubber out from the drawer. He put them back after don’t with my pedi. I was completely fine prior to getting my pedicure but not my feet are starting to itch! Never had this problem. The quality went way down now that that have opened multiple locations.

Deluxe Nail Salon and Spa is a great place! I live close to Toledo, Oh and I drive all that way to get my manicures and pedicures. Kelly is the absolute best! She shapes my nails perfectly. I also bring my 2 teen daughters in and they have great experiences as well. All around a great place. I highly recommend it! Pedicure, Dip powder
