I will never step foot in this salon, ever again. I’m huge on grace. So, that says a lot. I had been bringing my best friend (who has MS – a disease/disability) to get her nails done here. Due to her MS, she is unable to use her left side well. l transfer her to and from her wheelchair and she is able to sit in the pedicure chair easily and or her wheelchair, for a mani. I will say one worker, Rose, was kind and more understanding. However, “Hannah”, I believe was her name, made for the most horrific outing I’ve ever had, with my best friend. She was annoyed, frustrated and angry even, at her DISABILITY!!!!! I kept explaining “she cannot lift her leg up or down”, I can move it into the water, or you can. But she cannot! I even asked the manager to come translate if there was a language barrier. Nope. She continued to snap at her and tell her to move her leg and when her disabled body would lightly twitch (and she’d quickly apologize for her disability!!!!) – which I assured her not to do because she’s perfect and not doing anything wrong, the woman looked disgusted!!!! It was horrific! I eventually had to say be kind!!!!! Enough!!!!! I’ve already told you! And I told the manager to speak to her, and that I wouldn’t stand for it! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! My best friends TWELVE year old daughter witnessed the entire thing! I 100% do NOT recommend!!!!

Went in for solar nails. The front guy kept pushing me to get dipped nails so I did. The lady had no idea how to do a professional job. I asked for pink and white. The white tips are not uniform she just dipped. No pink just used base color. When I complained about how uneven my thumb was she just made it worse and worse. Finally I said it’s fine I just wanted out of there. I did not get an experienced mail tech. Will not go back.

This salon does a decent job, however they lack attention to detail. If you want something extravagant done, I would suggest going somewhere else. The prices vary depending on person, and can easily go up or down without your knowledge. Make sure to ask about every little thing they do, otherwise in the end the bill will shock you. I’ve been here a couple of times and I think they do a good job on manis, but I did have one issue. I watched one woman wax a girl’s eyebrows and double dipped with one stick the entire time. If they’re doing that, then what other sanitary practices are they breaking? Waxing sticks are low consumables and there is no reason for that. Stop being cheap and put your clients safety above all else!!

Zero stars if I could. The lighting was bad so the color I picked didn’t come out like I thought it would based on the swatches. I asked for a dip manicure and wasn’t given a manicure at all. The dip application was the sloppiest most rushed application I’ve ever received. A few of my cuticles are bloodied. All of them still need to be trimmed. And I have dip polish all over my fingers. Will not be returning.

But the lady who did my manicure?!? HORRIBLE. I had 4 cuticles cut. Bleeding really bad and she only apologized once because she kept attacking one certain finger and it was hurting so bad and then throwing the eye drop solution on top just created more irritation. My fingers hurt for a week now. Finally starting to heal. Very unsanitary to cut open that many cuticles and have me bleeding that much. Very friendly and clean mail salon. Everyone is very professional and does an excellent job. I had a full set of dip nails done and I was very pleased with the nails. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and it always seems busy.

Not a good experience! First, we had a 8 person party and called a week in advance about how many people we were bringing..not once did they mention the party accommodations and discount. So when we were done we had to ask about it at checkout and then made the checkout difficult. Second, I got the deluxe mani and pedi. The pedi was great, but when it came to the manicure the guy I had didn’t put the clear coat all over the nail so the next day you can see where he missed so many areas and I know will begin to peel or flake off today. Finally, from walk in to checkout it seemed so disorganized and rushed. I had told them I wanted my daughters nails painted but they either didnt listen or weren’t interested in doing them. I had to ask again after they finished me and he never got her seated and instead seated the next 5 to 6 people that walked in after I told him. Never once did he say anything about finding someone available or anything. I know they were busy with walkins but that’s why we called in advance so they could know a big party was coming in. I feel like for the price of the services we paid we should have been treated better and not been rushed. Also usually they ask if you want a drink but they went straight to the nails and I had to get one on the way out but I was really wanting one on the way in. Communication might need some work with them. I will say that I won’t be back to pay that price and get cheap service.
