I got my nails done here a few weeks ago, I was actually thrilled with the salon and THOUGHT they were clean. A week went by and my finger was super swollen, turns out I had a bacteria infection from the tools they used on me. I had to go to the emergency room because of how painful it was. Unfortunately, this service just isn’t for me. I’m not entirely sure it’s them. I think i’m clouded by personal preference. I got a full set, I wanted acrylics with a french tip but i had a photo for inspiration. When I brought it up, I was ignored. So, I got a regular french full set, and i was happy with it. Until I saw it bubbling, and my nails started lifting while I got in the car. So I called, to get it resolved in one way or another. They were kind enough to redo my nails (even after hours).

My sister and I went to get mani pedis, the website shows $60 for shellac mani pedi, when my sister was initially rung up she was told $67 but the man doing my nails said something to the man ringing her up and it was somehow now $87, same thing with mine, he said French tip was $5 extra and I ended up paying $96, no matter how I do the math none of the prices add up according to the website prices. The service was good and I’m happy with my nails but seems sketchy how much of a difference we paid

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been to this salon once before and had an ok experience. Today I went just for a regular French tip (no gel no acrylic, just on my natural nails), thinking that it would be simple and easy. Unfortunately, the man doing my nails had no idea how to do a French tip, he redid my nails 3-4 times which left them dry, all the nails were filed crooked, and it was just a horrible mess. I have been to this salon once before and had an ok experience. Today I went just for a regular French tip (no gel no acrylic, just on my natural nails), thinking that it would be simple and easy. Unfortunately, the man doing my nails had no idea how to do a French tip, he redid my nails 3-4 times which left them dry, all the nails were filed crooked, and it was just a horrible mess. My complaint is, they soak your fingers to take off the polish. I was very skeptical over this drying my fingers out. Well… today they are dry and very uncomfortable. I sadly won’t be going back because of this.
