I have gone here multiple times and have received amazing service and beautiful nails, but at my most recent visit my nails turned out horrible. The nails I ended up with were nothing like the picture I provided and I spent over an hour and a half there both just waiting and getting my nails done even though I had an appointment. Thoroughly disappointed with the woman that did my nails.

I called to make appointments for my mom and myself. The man that answered made a mistake and only made one appointment. When my mom and I showed up the man said I had only made one appointment. I told him I had very clearly asked for two because my mom and I were going together. He then very rudely turned around and said “yeah well we only got one.” It was the only chance my mom had to ger her nails done so we stayed so she could get them done, but they didn’t even worry about getting to me at all. Or even apologized for their mistake!! The lady that helped my mom was very kind and apologetic, but the man was very very rude. I won’t be going back to this place.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. This was my first visit. It was recommended by a coworker. I had to make changes to my appointment three times. The young lady not only performed a beautiful pedicure, but cut my hair as well. Multi talented. I love it.

Sally was by herself today and opened when the shop was suppose to be closed. She did a fantastic job on me, my twin and my daughter tonight. We all 3 got our nails done, mustaches waxed and our eyebrows done. She didn’t complain not one time. She did everything we asked with a smile. And she did a great job. We will be coming again. She showed great customer service and the love for her job.

Michelle took me right away and started working on them. She did an AMAZING job!! Not only can you not tell that they were very uneven 30 mins prior, but this is the absolute best eyebrow job I’ve ever had done in the 13 years I’ve been having them done!!!
